Review: No layers, but more flavor! - I was unsure of what this would do and wanted to give a try. So since this is the first review: This is a non-pressurized espresso filter for the Staresso mini and classic portable espresso maker. The original instructions do not apply to this basket, so I did 5 pumps and it started dripping out the coffee, so I continued the 1 pump per second until it stopped dripping. There is no layers to the espresso and there is more boldness to the flavor. I used fine grounds, tampped down. This essentially makes really strong coffee with less cleanup afterwards...I like it either way and since I don't truly understand espresso, I recommend this stainless non-pressurized filter basket as an added accessory to your portable mini or classic espresso maker. Staresso should make a stainless version of the pressurized filter basket as an upgrade. ## Features - Made of stainless steel, sturdy and environmentally friendly. Replace the original pressurized filter basket to get a better espresso. - A major upgrade to the pressurized filter basket that comes with ordinary coffee machines. - 37MM Portafilter compatible with STARESSO CLASSIC portable espresso machine, STARESSO TRAVEL MINI and most 37mm espresso machines express. The inner diameter is 37mm, the depth is 33mm, please check the size before use. - Easy to clean and use, STARESSO 37mm bottomless portafilter can be used interchangeably, which is your better choice. - Product Includes: 1 x 37mm Stainless Steel bottomless portafilter. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D73CF5B1 | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,086,507 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #2,023 in Espresso Machine Replacement Parts | | Brand | STARESSO | | Brand Name | STARESSO | | Compatible Devices | Coffee Maker | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 10 Reviews | | Included Components | 37mm Bottomless Portafilter | | Item Highlight | Stainless Steel Bottomless Portafilter Compatible with STARESSO CLASSIC SP200 & TRAVEL MINI Portable Espresso Maker | | Item Type Name | Bottomless Portafilter | | Manufacturer | STARESSO | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Number | 53mm | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Shape | Basket | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** STARESSO - **Compatible Devices:** Coffee Maker - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Number of Pieces:** 1 - **Shape:** Basket ## Images ![CLASSIC & MINI Accessory Coffee Filter, 37mm Portafilter Basket - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61TpbXmIamL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good cup of espresso *by J***E on July 31, 2026* It does as it advertises.
