The Girl with the Seven Lives is simply fantastic. we readers get to read several books by reading this as each and every "life" of Devi is a novel in itself. Devi is a survivor, rather she is an ultimate survivor, and she has survived in various extraordinary situations, in various places from Delhi to Punjab to Kerala to Goa and Mumbai. She also has had to commit several crimes which she confesses to her captor who after every 'confession" starts the online bidding with the amount going up each and every time. Will she finally survive or will her "luck, and "pluck" finally run out. Read the book to find out. I am 100% sure that you will love it as much as I did.

Taut and gripping narrative. Keeps you hooked with a ‘What happens next’ feeling, to the very end. Has an ‘edge of the seat’ thriller vibe and the breakneck pace with vivid characterisations, settings and gut wrenching emotions creates a raw, earthy and enchanting world of its own, and yet there is still a déjà vu of the absolute beauty and sheer ruthlessness of Swarup’s Q&A (Slumdog Millionaire). This, sure is another international blockbuster in the making. It’s just a matter of waiting till the movie is released. Until then….read the book.

Predictable story but loved the way it is written. I'm a big fan of the author and looking forward to yet another beautifully crafted story. I thank him for creating a world which kept me engrossed for 48 hours till I finished the book. Keep writing!! God bless you.

Liked it very much, each life has something gripping abd a twist in it.

It’s a gripping read from page one but demands that the readers suspend their rational mind and just go with the flow. The story relies on far too many coincidences, end was a little abrupt and rather “in a hurry to tie loose ends”.
