Keypad falling off and fingerprint sensor unreliable
I've bought several of the A20 versions before and they were good, but this was the s version (A20s). The fingerprint scanner is not as reliable and always takes 3 tries. Also the whole black pad (the part the keypad attached to) is starting to falling off. It looks like it was cheaply glued on or something and now its falling off.

Works well for 2 months only.
Bought the Ardwolf A20S. I thought this was the new improve model from the previous A20. Delivered on May 22, 2018. Works well for 2 months only. When you unlock you can hear the lock motor working. But, the lever won't open the door. There something wrong with the mechanism inside the A20S door lock. Not durable.

Buyer Beware, do not purchase.
I love the overall look and feel of the A20 but it does have some shortcomings. The lock does not have an app or way to connect to a network. The keypad does not have the #9 or 0 and the code must be 8 digits long so it makes it harder to remember a code that long. The bio-reader stop working on 1 of the 3 door locks I purchased only after 10 month. I would also recommend installing on a door shielded from the weather because they do not like moisture. The customer support is nonexistent (none on website either) as there is no way to get a hold of the company. The number listed on their website Says the person I'm trying to reach has a full voicemail bock and can't leaving a message.
