I'm genuinely so happy, I was prepared to be disappointed but this exceeded all expectations. First off its adorable, second it functions perfectly, it's excellent value for the cost, it's versatile for many cooking needs, the steamer basket also works as a colliander, it heats up fast, which is super convenient. I just love it. 10/10 buying a second one for my mother!!!

I got this mid August 2024 and had used only ONE TIME to boil water, and it stopped working. It seemed the fuse is out and no longer working. I took it with me when I travelled to Europe so I ended up to trash it after the first use. Very bad product! It claimed it has over-heating protection and it did NOT work at all!

This is demonstrably the superior cooking pot available. Regarding brand-based cookware. I recommend Ninja develop a comparable product for enhanced reliability. I have the DEZIN the company concerning the fading color around the control knob; the black heat setting dial exhibited similar deterioration after only one week of use. NO RESPONSE YET.
