It needs to be washed regularly, but the material dries pretty quickly. I think having two would be useful to cycle between them during washes. Some of the stitching on the thumb part tore within the first few days of using it, but fortunately it hasn’t ripped completely yet. It does work really well for pain relief. The Velcro is a little bit rough and sticks out if you’re trying to handle a baby, so needs a tensor bandage on top to cover the sharp bits. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thumb spica splint *by R***J on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 8 September 2022* Easy to use, providing some relief, early days yet though.
