Don’t waste your time and money

I had zero changes since taking this. This is a 9.99 product at best. I tried it for 3 months. 200$ down the drain. Not to mention all orders were short capsules. They can't even count the fake pills.

Quality, my energy level, it really is worth it, now I take the sea moss one on an empty stomach and take the shilajit with food. But I was not doing the right dosage I was only taking one pill of each for the past 9 days and I sleep better my energy is amazing! I plan to start the 2 pill dosage of both tomorrow. Do yourself a favor get this, honestly I'm sceptical about products on Facebook but this is a touchdown!

I don't think this product is worth the money. Taking 2 pills each day but at different times., due to heart issues. It did help with a cold. Definitely does not do what all the videos say it does. Once over this cold get back into exercise. Gives minimal energy. If you are already in great shape it may work differently. But has not helped shed off any weight. Felt like I paid $50+ for a placebo.
