Directions Smooth your nails with the nail file and clean your nails with cotton pads. Choose the right size that fits your nails, peel off the protective films of the gel nail. Place on the fingernails gently. Use a small wood stick to press and flatten the edges of the nails. Remove the excess Gel Nail with a nail file. Cure the Gel Nails for 60~180 seconds to make them stronger and harder and more glossy. Smooth the edges with a nail file. Use the wood stick to lift gel nail wraps off your nails. Clean your nails with cotton pads.

Don't stick
Used these as I had previously used another make, these didn't stick to my nails, they lasted all of an hour before peeling and sliding on my nails, not worth the money! Not happy ans was useless, was also sent the wrong colour!

Shocking the don't do what they say they do at all will not buy or recommend again and even sent the wrong colour sent out Emailed the company and didn't get a email back

Hmm
These didn't go hard under u.v light, were slipping off and left my finger nails all sticky glue when I removed them. Don't recommend these unfortunately.
