Bought this as it is similar to LMNT. Definitely feel this helps when working out side . Started drinking in the evening after eating . Use 1 pack to 24 ounces of water. Dilutes the flavor a little, put still tastes good. Like all the flavors so far but I like grapefruit.

Love these. They are super salty but they are supposed to be! I teach heated Pilates and yoga classes and a packet in your water bottle for these heated classes (before, during or after) is a MUST to replace electrolytes. Budget friendly version of other brands!

Great tasting electrolyte mix. It also very good at replacing electrolytes lost to sweating.

This product is amazing for the price. I don’t know if you’ve seen the prices of other brands, but this one is a fair price. I’ve tried all the flavors and they are amazing and truly not overly salty. There is a little “aftertaste” but I think it’s from the artificial sweetener. I’m happy I found this stuff! I will be buying more!

These packets work and are effective at hydration and the price point is good. However the flavor and taste is A LOT… I’ve tried every flavor in the variety pack and not liked a single one. They say it’s “natural flavors” but it tastes like they were turned up to 100, like huffing an jello packet. Even the smell is overpowering. The sweetness tastes off as well because of the stevia. It is overpowering too and there is not enough citric acid to balance that out. I’ve been looking for a new electrolyte packet after realizing my go to formula had extra b vitamins which my body can’t metabolize well. But even at the appealing price point, I guess this one won’t work for me either.

Add to water, dissolves well. This is one of the best electrolyte drinks I have found. Very happy with this purchase.

I have a condition that makes this amount of sodium in an electrolyte drink beneficial, so I was very excited to find this brand. A lot of other brands that contain the same nutritional contents cost a LOT more, and that’s not sustainable for me personally if I drink them daily. The price of these is great for what you’re getting. I enjoyed all of these flavors, even the ones I wasn’t expecting to, it’s a nice variety. I mix these with 32 oz of water and they still have a salty taste to them, but I personally like that. I’ve already repurchased this for a second time.
