Things do not always go perfectly when ordering online. It’s how the company handles the mishaps that truly show their integrity. I ordered these for a labor cookout with my neighbors. Unfortunately three of the chairs had come apart in shipping or weren’t properly welded when made. I ordered too late to do anything before Labor Day and we couldn’t sit back in the chairs because the backs would slice through the frame. The intact chairs meet expectations and were comfortable. I contacted customer support that day and by the next day had a response apologizing and asking for a picture to verify the chairs condition. I sent a picture and they in return promptly sent replacement chairs. There was no back and forth or pleading to get the issue solved. Just a prompt and accurate solution. I definitely recommend SweetCrispy products and will do business again with them.

we had some other "cheaper" branded ones from another foreign big box store close to us. unfortunately those seemed really flimsy plastic and just don't hold up well. these on the other hand looked very much like our "Churches chairs" that we use for church functions, with the padded front and back, they are great and our guest seem more comfortable and feel more at home in these than the other ones we had. My wife got these to replace the other ones for family and friend functions and she used them for her bunko night with her friends. which was a huge success. glad we found these for a great price!

It’s a 4 pack and in 2 events I’ve hosted, 2 chairs broke within seconds of someone sitting on them. One of those individuals was a girl who weighs maybe 120 lbs?! These chairs are awful. Buy from another company because these are awful. I have 2 chairs of the 4 left after 2 parties, can’t wait to see how long they last.

Chairs seem very sturdy. So far, they hold my weight. Good price and easy to fold they will be put to good use.

Came in a box set and No assembly necessary. So far very sturdy and I have linebacker sized guys at my home sitting on these and still no concern with the weight limit and size of the seat. It could use some more cushion because the one on there is quite thin but I just added a seat pillow anyway. I can fit 8 super comfortably around my table so the size is perfect. Otherwise they have been great to use.

I liked it; not heavy, and the idea of making it leather makes it much easier to clean from the kids' mess. The price is very good.
