What can I say. WOW first computer I've got in many years. This thing is grate. Hooked up three monitor with not effort at all. Super fast., nice and compact. Had enough posts. Love it.

Plays last gen games very well. Kinda loud but only not bad. Tiny and good performance for the price. V

Purchased in July...Like it but having a Bluetooth connection integrity issue. The audio begins to fail (static sounding) when the CPU is working hard affecting the bluetooth. Sometimes, connection for the BT amp gets completely shut down and I have to reboot, find the audio device in the device list under Bluetooth settings, then reconnect. Solved issue by adding 64 gb ram. It is now December 17 and the AX8 PRO has crashed I lost .5 tb data. The SSD is toast. Support is unhelpful and mostly unresponsive. They assigned a tech that has sent me 2 emails in 2 weeks. Tech said to buy a new SDD... unfortunately for me the acer a7's were out of stock for her and they would reimburse me to purchase my own replacement. So now waiting for the tech to respond. WAITING!!! Another ACER A7 SSD was not available online so I had to replace with equal-specs version from another mfg. Was told the replacement was "too expensive" and that was the last I have herd from them. Attempted Contact again and no response. So, to sum it up, Don't expect any real support or warranty service from Geekom. UPDATE Great news!!! A Geekom support manager reached out to me and has reimbursed me for the replacement drive. She also worked on identifying and providing some missing AMD drivers. The drivers corrected the issues I was having but created another problem. So now support has sent out a replacement machine. The new machine is working fine. Thanks, Geekom team. The AX8 PRO is a great machine

Initially, I was disappointed to see such a small PC after paying a desktop price. But it is surprisingly powerful, just like a true desktop. I am replacing my N100 based PC, which always run at 100% of its CPU rating, most of the time. With this one, chrome only rans at 2% of the CPU rating for most of my youtube viewing. It peaks at 7%. I bought N100 PC last year, because it is fanless, and I thought it should be enough for internet browsing. I was wrong about internet browsing. This one is running at such a low CPU rating, that I barely can hear the fan noise. So my N100 PC is a waste. Should have bought this last year. Update after 2 weeks of usage: At the lowest power, I can still hear the fan noise at night, not during the daytime. This is compared with fanless, so not too bad. It is a powerful PC. I installed VMWARE + Linux and used it for software development. It is pretty fast, when using all 16 threads. Fan noise is very noticeable when over 50-60% CPU utilization. I rarely need to run at this level. Mostly, it is at below 10% with unnoticeable noise (except late night). Haven't tried GPU or AI yet.

It was shipped in an elegant box. Could not wait to set it up. After set up, I was having one peripheral connection issue. I thought I would just contact tech support which I anticipated would be great to work with after looking at the beautiful packaging. 1st disappointment , when I called the tech support number I got the old leave your number and will call back. After waiting over 6 hours for a call back that never came, I tried thier online chat support . The nature of the connection problem was not going to be solved by a bot so I asked for a real person the bot said I would be connected immediately. It actually took about 30 minutes for the real person to show up. I described the problem and they said hold on they needed to check something. I waited for over 3 hours before they came back to the chat box and when they did they ask for the model and serial #s. I provided that info and they said they would be right back with me , 2.5 hours later I got a message that customer service was closed for the day. I then paid for a local tech guy to fix the problem. So far I like the computer but if you buy one know your totally on your own. Geekom would rather offend thousands with lousy service then just say they are not currently able to provide the product support. I won't buy from them again. PS. I voiced my concerns with them directly. They offered to send me a portable monitor for free since the service was terrible. I said I would appreciate that. The monitor never came. Now I just laugh about it since it is so Unbelievable.

Overall, the Geekom AX7 Pro is an excellent mini-PC. The only issue I had was it came with Windows 11 23H2. Setup took longer than expected because of all the updates. I was able to update it to 25H2 through Windows Update. After all the updates, the machine runs very fast for a laptop/mini PC. Geekom just needs to make sure the systems they sell have the most recent version of Windows 11.

I purchased this new mini pc, the 89HS 2TB variant and my hope for purchasing this computer was to serve three purposes. I wanted to be able to play the latest games, be able to quickly charge my smartphone and tablet, and have an HDMI-to-HDMI video and audio connection because with my last mini pc, I did not do my research and ended up buying a computer that only had DisplayPort and as such had to use a HDMI to DisplayPort adapter. Being that integrated graphics are not ideal for playing the latest high demanding games, I knew that i had to buy a computer with a very fast processor and fast memory and as such is how I decided on getting this PC. The games that I have tried on it so far put a heavy load on this PC as the fan kicks in and there is some slow down after playing for a while, but it does not take away from being able to enjoy the games for me. The fan is not loud at all, and the PC gets very hot especailly during gaming sessions but as stated the slowdown is not that bad in which it would take away from the enjoyment of playing the games for me. I did a clean install of Windows 11 23h2 using a USB flash drive and it appears as this pc is using drivers that are not very well known as I had to go to the Geekom website to get the missing drivers. I am using a 1080p TV that I have this pc connected to and as such have no interest in higher resolution gaming. This pc has three USB ports that support power delivery but one of them, which uses a USB A connector does not seem to work for charging, but it could be that I need a proper USB A to C charging cable. So, in the end, while this computer can play the latest games at 1080p on medium graphics setting, I would not consider this to be a gaming pc for the reason that it runs very hot when gaming as well as there being some slowdown and that is my biggest concern with this pc as I will be using it to play games. The good thing is that it does come with a three-year warranty, so I hope not to have any issue should I need to send it in within three years for any problem that may arise. I highly recommend this PC for anyone who is looking for something small and powerful.

So far I'm very happy with it. Its a nice compact size and its quiet although occasionally there is some fan noise. It was very easy to set up and connect it to all my peripherals and Wi-Fi. I bought a USB hub as there weren't quite enough USB ports for everything I use. The speed has been good for what I need. I'm not a gamer and mostly use it with Office and Photoshop.
