Damage to shipping container!
I contacted Amazon about about my problem, I also took pictures and sent them to them. The bolt and nut package was damaged in the shipping process, not really there problem but I completed putting three of the chairs together and I ran out of nuts and bolts. I had already set them a list of my missing items and they said that they would take care of the missing parts. Within a week I received more bolts and nuts than I needed to put the forth chair together. They response was awesome and now all of my chairs are together and I don’t have a problem at all. The chairs are exactly what they said they were and yes I really recommend them and Amazon response was unbelievable.

Rust dripping everywhere
Bought the product 2 months ago and rust dripping all over the place. It's coming from where the fabric is held in between the metal. Apparently the inside of the chairs are untreated and therefore rust very easily. Seller was very nice and refunded us.

Missing parts
Looks like I was sent someone’s return. The screws are all over the box and there are two small holes in the box so I have pieces missing. I also have two chairs missing!
