This product really works, my nails are long and not peeling off like onion layers, as they used to, and my hair is not falling off as much either. I also noticed my hair is thicker and with more volume.

I wish I had taken progress pictures. I can't say for sure how much length I gained but I can say that I grew new baby hairs by my hair line. I know because it kept falling in my face and annoying me lol. My nails also got thicker which I really needed as a lifetime nail picker trying to grow nails.

Love these hair vitamins. I've bought these for over 3 yrs and my hair has never been healthier. My only warning is to people with cystic acne as the high amount of biotin may have negative effects on your skin. I love that these are not hard on your stomach and can be taken on an empty stomach unlike viviscal that I had to stop taking because of the horrible nausea it gave when I skipped breakfast. I wish they weren't out of stock for the 120 count bottles or I would have kept my subscription. Price is too high on the regular 60 count bottles unfortunately, so I had to cancel my bimonthly subscription. I would have given 5 stars if I could have kept getting the 120 count bottles. The product does what it says if you take for at least 3 months. Be patient and consistent and you will have beautiful shiny locks!

My wife used 30 of these pills over 1 month, I can see multiple little hairs on top of her head, and the areas where the hair was missing is filled in. I am testing it a 2nd time with myself, I am on day 3 so far. I gave 5 stars, as no hair had been growing until the pills were taken at 1 a day. The bottle is a 60 day supply.

Three months after having a baby I started losing hair. It didn't phase me very much, because I also lost hair postpartum with my first child. However, after a couple months a very stray strands turned into CHUNKS in the shower and just running my fingers through my hair. I was so concerned I was going to lose all my hair! I actually made an appointment with my doctor and they ran labs and supposedly everything was "fine". However, my doctor did suggest that I visit the natural health food store and buy these. At this point I had honestly lost at least 50% of my hair. It was more hair than I had EVER lost. I was desperate to get my hair back. You could see my scalp almost everywhere my hair was so thin. I thought I would try them out - just to try something. Luckily they really DO work! I was honestly shocked because I didn't expect them to work. I noticed that after a couple weeks of use losing strands was lessening and then completely stopped. Then after about a month I noticed that baby hairs were starting to grow in around my hair line. It doesn't work overnight and it will need time to build up, but they do work! I'm almost 10 months postpartum now and my hair is growing back in with little baby hairs in all the places it had originally been lost. It might just be a fluke or "good timing", but either way I do believe that these helped and I'm sure glad I bought them!

This was recommended to me when I noticed my hair shedding -- like most people I tried Biotin -- and that didn't do anything. After using Hair Fluence for 3 mos -- my hair dresser noticed my hair wasn't shedding nearly as much as it was -- and at home I was noticing the same thing.It's not sudden -- but definitely noticing a difference. So it is working for me.

I take this daily and my nails grow fast and strong, also some of my thinning hair spots have filled in I'm over 60. Formula is fantastic I recommend it to anyone.

These make my hair somewhat oily but are gangbusters for long gorgeous nails.
