Sturdier, thicker, and heavier than the old original bowls. Was using bowls from 1950s passed down from my mother.

Well made, microwave resistant

I already had a set of the smaller 6 ounce size I love - but they are not quite big enough for some things so I have been on the lookout for a 10-12 ounce pudding type dish that could go in the microwave. I was happy to find pyrex had this size to fit the bill. They are so handy - from ice cream to warming up vegetables and sauces they are just the perfect size and I can stick them in the dishwasher. Since they are clear glass they look nice too. Highly recommend!

This size is good for dipping sauces, spices, etc. but not large enough for what I want it for. Will look at same Pyrex brand, well made

I love these Pyrex bowls. We use them all the time for desserts or side dishes. They are sturdy and well made I would highly recommend

These are what I wanted, but they are 2x as expensive to buy from Amazon. If you are able to buy locally, buy them for half the price. I needed them so I bought them from here. They are Pyrex, good, and strong.

I've been on a keto diet for 3 years with great success. These bowls are the perfect size to keep me from over filling a bigger bowl of protein so that I don't overeat. I know these are traditionally for custard.
