We have used in conjunction with soy to great effect.
Great alternative to soy, we have used this in a number of Thai recipes and it offers a slightly sweeter taste.

The actual product is great - the packaging is awful. Half of the bottles were smashed and covered my kitchen floor in brown sticky goo when I opened the carton. I suggest whoever is responsible for despatching the product improves the shock absorbancy of their packaging. The current packaging wasted half my order
