there is a hood but please remember these our smaller sizes than us sizes

My son was 13 when i bought this for him too. I bought him a size Large and it fit great. He loves this jacket. I remember it was because their size ran smaller although it says Large. He still wears it and he's 14 now. Hope this helps.
