Mr. Yoshida's Original Japanese Barbecue Gourmet Marinade & Cooking Sauce, 2-48 oz Bottles

Mr. Yoshida’s incredible teriyaki sauce is hands down the best sauce to have ever existed. It’s a sauce that my parents passed down to me & that I will be passing down to my children. Unfortunately I struggle to locate the sauce in a lot of stores now. Not sure if it’s due to inventory, or just because it is super delicious and they can’t keep it stocked. Ordering it online will now be my go-to. I could honestly drink the entire bottle if my husband would let me. It’s a dark brown color with a reddish hue to it, kind of like Dr. Pepper. The thickness is similar to heavy cream when cold, but thins out when warmed up. Must say I will never use another teriyaki sauce if Mr. Yoshida’s will continue to stay around 🫶🏻

I've been using Mr. Yosahida's Sauce for many years after finding it at Sam's in Oxnard, CA while staying on our boat slipped at a marina there. When we decided to go home after the stay, I would buy several bottles to take home so we could continue to use it for our chicken and steak barbeques. Sam's stopped carrying it a couple of years ago, and I could not locate it. I had tried several times to replicate the recipe but to no avail. I recently went on Amazon and could not believe I found it there. I bought a two bottle package and to our delight, the recipe is still the same. The day it arrived, I made a pan dinner with chicken and vegetables and it was fantastic. As long as Mr. Yoshida's Sauce is available, it will be in my kitchen. Tomorrow night is steak night.

THANK GOD --- IT'S BACK -- I do not know how I have lived without Mr. Yoshida and his magic grilling sauce! I've spent almost two years going through my grocery shelves looking for a substitute. I tried to make my own. I just could not get it as good as Mr. Yoshida and his mysterious recipe. Luckily Yoshida Foods, the maker of Yoshida's teriyaki sauce, reacquired the U.S. distribution rights from Heinz in early 2024, after the brand was acquired by Heinz in 2000. The re-acquisition led to the sauce's return to shelves at retailers like Costco and online platforms, including Amazon!!!! Thanks again to Mr. Yoshida for his excellent sauce and to Amazon for getting it to my doorstep! (Best teriyaki sauce bar-none!)

We have been using Mr. Yoshidas Gourmet Sauce for many years. It is the perfect, easy marinade for fish, chicken and beef. One overnight in a zip lock bag and you have the most delicious, tender, juicy protein that you can imagine. We use it on Salmon, on Chicken Thighs and on Flank Steak. The result is is a high restaurant quality dish. Costco brought this product back for a short time, but now has discontinued it as they do so often with so many products we enjoy. Thankful that we can buy this sauce on Amazon!!!!

Nothing beats this Teriyaki Sauce. It's been our favorite for a long as I can remember. We like to marinate chicken in it for the BBQ , we also eat it with stir fry, rice, noodles, etc .

This sauce is so sweet, savory, and packed with flavor. I’ve used it for stir-fries, marinades, and even as a dipping sauce, and it always delivers. The value is great too with two big bottles last a long time and taste just like restaurant-quality teriyaki!

This is the 2nd order of Yoshida's cooking sauce through Amazon, and I must say I will continue to purchase it this way. Not only is it the best cooking sauce but I love the two 48oz bottles, complete value for my money. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because1 of the bottles was damaged, no leaking but just in case, I'm transferring the contents of the damaged bottle into my already used bottle from my last order. All in All, EXCELLENT product. BTW my last order, both bottles were delivered un-damaged.

How have I lived so long without this glorious elixir?I first used it as a marinade for chicken, but after tasting the chicken, I considered marinating my soul in it. It's that good. It turns anything you throw at it into something that could be served at a five-star restaurant... or a magical backyard BBQ where unicorns might also be present. The flavor? It's like an orchestra of sweet, savory, tangy symphonies playing on your taste buds. Every bite is like an epic journey across Japan, only with a few more explosions of happiness.I’ve even been using it on things that don’t even need marinade like why limit this miracle liquid to just meat? Life is too short to deny your morning oatmeal a taste of pure genius (jk that's gross don't do that...)In conclusion, if you don’t buy this sauce, you’re basically depriving yourself of joy, flavor, and possibly the secret to eternal happiness.
