My product came through without any pull off foil between the cap and the product? Is that the way it is sold?

I’ve never had any foil on mine for the years I’ve bought them. And they don’t come on the ones we have at the hospital either.

Is the surgical scrub in the green bottle the same as yhe antiseptic cleanser that is red in the clear bottle? If not, whats the difference?

Yes, its the same. I have used both. I suppose that the green bottle is just a generic version.

Why does it smell like hand soap and rubbing alcohol?

Because it’s a surgical scrub that kills germs for hours... I use my favorite soap first and then use this and rinse and get out of the shower or dry my hands or whatever.

What size product do you receive for this price? The picture has multiple sizes so I don't quite understand which one is for sale. Thank you!!

It’s about size of the 3rd bottle from the left in the photo! Google the 32 oz size, also my bottle was the clear color with the white and blue label, I don’t know why I thought it would be green. Hope this helps!
