Loop Engage 2
The Loop Engage 2 earplugs are well-designed and very comfortable. They come with both silicone and foam tips in multiple sizes, which makes it easy to find a perfect fit. I especially love the extra silicone piece that sits in the circular portion—it really improves comfort. With these, I can still hear clearly, but all the extra noise is dulled out, almost like I don’t “feel” the sounds anymore. They are on the pricier side, and since I haven’t used them very often yet, they don’t quite feel worth the cost for me—though that could change with more use!

Fantastic Noisy-Life Sidekicks
Do you get overwhelmed when in a large crowd of people? Is going to the movies uncomfortable bc the sound is too loud? I carry around a clear pair everywhere I go just in case. I can now weave and navigate crowds without feeling overwhelmed by people noises. I enjoy going to the movies again, when it gets too loud in the theater I just pop them in and sit back, an upgrade from having to plug my ears with my fingers. The size small tips fit perfect and my ears do not hurt after wearing them for long stretches. Can still hear the person speaking to me so long as it’s not a whisper. Only thing is that the sound of your own chewing and speaking will be loud in your head. Solid material that I don’t have to charge or freak out if I loose one bc I didn’t spend $150 on electronic ANC ear buds. And they don’t block out too much, just enough to take the ‘edge’ off the noise level.

Does the job and looks better than the florescent earplugs
Things I love about this product: NOISE but at a tolerable level. My ears start bothering me at about 70 decibels and this helps so much, in so many different environments; so these definitely do function as intended. My main complaint is I can't hear how loud (or soft) my voice is when they are in. Talking while they are in is very loud internally and sort of takes away the point of wearing them. Very easily solved by taking them out, but if you're in a loud environment that may not be very desirable. A small complaint about the color the mutes are. I wish they matched the earplugs and weren't so noticeable. I also love the pink color, as it's almost flesh toned (I'm white), which I don't think was the goal with this color, but I would love to see more colors for other persons of color and just different color options to match my mood, outfit, etc. These have helped me with navigating busy gas stations, airports/flights, baseball games, concerts, and I'll be bringing them with me to Disney World in the Fall to really put them to the test. I do not use them while sleeping, because after having to wear them completely sealed for a few hours they can start to be uncomfortable for me. They do stay in place, and are pretty small, so they can always fit in whatever bag I'm toting.

Good and bad
They are pretty comfortable and I like the case. I can wear them to bed easier than earbuds. The foam tips combined with the mutes provide good noise suppression overall. Wearing with regular tips in public/social situations without mutes is doable and can be helpful. One issue I’ve had is irritation in one of my ears. One of them started bleeding a bit and was sore. Now I have bad tinnitus and I didn’t have it before! I’m hoping this is just temporary or because of irritation or built up wax. I also think these are too expenses, and I’m willing to bet the knock-offs are just as good.Keep your expectations reasonable. It’s not going to cure your ADHD/Autism or make your life completely different. They are just a useful and nifty tool to have when you are overwhelmed by noise.

Excellent Performance & Well-Fitting
These are so comfortable, and they successfully muffle some of the background noise in a loud pub while playing acoustic music. Easier to hear myself, and effective at what they purport to do. I think they were a little too expensive, but that might be because they were the first out of the gate and now there are multiple copies of the original design idea available. I especially like that they come with a very small case that actually slips into a pocket, or in my case, a very small instrument case.

Postpartum Relief I Didn’t Know I Needed
*This isn’t an ad, just an honest review from an overstimulated mother*Hi, I’m a stay-at-home mom of three under five who works from home part time. I’ve been wearing these for thirty minutes and I could cry from the amount of relief I feel. I didn’t realize until this last go round with postpartum how much noise sensitivity I had. I saw these “earplugs” last Christmas and thought “heck, if someone buys them for me, I’ll use them.” But I didn’t end up getting them as a gift. This week they came up on a Facebook ad and I decided to give them a go. I used them for the first time at bedtime tonight and it’s the first time in three and a half years that I haven’t left my kids’ room drenched in sweat from being so overstimulated. They allowed enough noise in to be able to enjoy my childrens’ little giggles but softened the shred of their excited squeals. I only used the loops themselves for reading and bedtime songs with my toddlers and then I popped the “Loop mute” insert in for putting my three-month-old to bed (her cries pierce eardrums). I could give the creators of these things a kiss on the mouth for how much they’ve already helped me. If you’re a mother of littles and can’t really figure out why their volume puts you over the edge, PLEASE BUY THESE.*Extra points for the click to close carrying case that I can put on a keychain or purse and the many different sizes of ear hole attachments*

Good reducing the noise, but muffles the sound.
The item works, though it muffles the sound, which makes it overpriced. It comes in a very nice package, and the box is quite nice. But the very most important thing is that one buys these because they say that you can hear more frequencies while reducing the noise level. They reduce the sound, yes. Do I hear all the frequencies? No. The fitting is perfect and comfortable to wear for long hours.
