Bought a pair of these - very pretty, but not possible to install because the hoses kept popping off. Had a plumber try to finish the installation and he said hose fittings are custom to each faucet and these were faulty. Because its a random brand, our only choice was to return them. We did and bought a more reliable brand.

Firstly, the product is beautiful - but, as they say, beauty is skin deep. I had to order (4) units to get (2) that didn't leak. The main supply lines are well-built with brass fittings that provide the hot and cold water to the handles. Both handles are then connected to the outlet faucet with a proprietary "Y" connector - hot and cold in with mixed water out to the faucet - for a total of (3) connectors. With the handles OFF, there is no water flow to the Y connector and obviously no leaking. When turned ON, water flows through the Y connector to the faucet outlet - there are 3 places that must seal correctly to insure no leaking. Each connection appears to be well-designed with double rubber "O" rings and a split locking ring. The first unit had slow leaks at all 3 connections but the second unit I installed had zero leaks. The first replacement had a leak only at the main connector and finally the second replacement worked with no leaks. Check carefully - it is a slow drip that occurs only when water is flowing but can damage the cabinet over time. We are now satisfied with our purchase, but it took time and patience.

Oh my goodness! I purchased this masterpiece for my powder bath. The style was spot on and it was very easy to install. The little touch of matte gold finish, really stepped up my design. I don't know whether or not it's my imagination, but the water seems to get hotter, when it use to take forever. Also, the price was way reasonable from all the other sites I searched for semilier faucets!

Liked the style very much. I didn’t like the length of the hose that it came with but i was able to get extensions from my local hardware store

Got this when I remodeled my bathroom and it’s a good product for a great price. I’ve had it for over a year now and no issues to this day.
