These bands provide a vary wide range of resistance which is great. I really like the fact that it has smaller bands with less resistance. I have other heavy-duty bands, but even the smallest band is a challenge to use because it has a lot of resistance. These bands are nice because they can be used by beginners who can work their way up to more resistance. Separately, I also got some grip attachments (handles) that work well with these.The door anchor works well and allows for more exercises to be done. These bands can be used with a pull up bar to help support some of your weight so that you can do a pull up with assistance from these bands. These bands are versatile and can be used in many ways as your imagination allows.I recommend these bands and I think they are a good value and useful for most people since the heavier bands provide a lot of resistance. If you need more than 165 pounds of resistance, you will have to look elsewhere, but otherwise, these bands are a nice deal.

this set has a wide range of bands from lightweight to heavy resistance. the bands are thick and appropriately stretchy. I use them for my PT exercises and it's great to be able to move up or down in resistance when I need to.

These bands stop stretching. If you use them passed a certain point they lose stretch and become useless. Someone will hurt themselves on these when they eventually snap. Do not buy these bands.

These bands came very nicely packaged in a handy carrying bag and even included a portable anchor. The quality of the bands seems premium and I expect that they will last as long or longer than those I had previously. May pick up another set so I have matching resistances for banded bench press.

Had them for two weeks snapped to of them . I tried the brand don’t know if I would buy again.

This is my fourth set of resistance bands. I don't use them for pull ups but for pretty much all other muscle groups. I find that these are much easier on my joints since I have recurring golfer's elbow, but still allow you to get a nice pump.This set comes with a handy set of exercise suggestions in tiny print. I love that the bands come with both a vinyl carrying bag and an anchor, and the exercise suggestions include options for working with the anchor.The bands don't have their tension printed on them, but according to the user guide, range from the lightest at 5-30 lbs to the heaviest at 60-165 lbs. I did compare the heavy bands with another set I have ostensibly in that same tension range and they were definitely comparable. The bands are stackable, meaning you can use a number of them together to increase your tension, and then drop off bands for stripped sets.They have a bit of a sticky feel to them. It's not bad, just a preference issue and will likely need the occasional wiping down (the user guide has instructions for washing). I don't know how well they hold up to heat or aging yet, but so far they are definitely pegged to replace the set I have at the office, as they appear to be at the higher quality end of the generic bands.Overall, I'm very happy with this set. Love that they came with an anchor.

No instructions or workout guide... just bands in a bag in a box. Ironically the box says "read the workout guide carefully before use to avoid accidental operation and injury."Wouldn't want to accidentally operate.I would avoid buying until reviews indicate the seller has corrected their packing problem....EDIT: The company reached out to me and provided the missing items.
