I was a little leery to try this - I love my Dyson and did not want to damage it but it seems to work fine with it. It isn't something I use every day but when I have it worked well.

This attachment is better quality than I expected and it works great. It dispersed the heat nicely and evenly, and the angle of the diffuser worked well ergonomically. The size and function of this attachment are equivalent to the diffuser that came with my supersonic blow dryer. So far I would say that this attachment could replace the supersonic diffuser. This attachment has 30 'fingers' with good size air outlets on each whereas the Supersonic attachment has 18 'fingers' with slightly smaller outlets on each. The materials and weight are about the same between the two. I would say that my hair dried a little nicer with this than it does with the supersonic attachment, actually.The only concern I have after use is that it doesn't completely seat/lock in place on my HS01. Taking off one star for this but would otherwise be 5+star. This did not impact the function of the attachment, but I have reservations about how it will impact the air wrap over time, and about how the attachment will hold up long-term.

I was a bit of a Goldilocks shopper for this attachment. I wanted just the right size, weight/balance, durability, combs and air holes, etc…The diffuser fits my Styler perfectly. It seems to lock partway into the attachment lock; when you insert it you don’t get a clear click as with Dyson-branded attachments, but it is locked in. To remove it you must unlock it with the lock/unlock slider.The diffuser is a nice size — not tiny, and not massive. I’ve attached some photos showing dimensions of the head, and with the head on the diffuser. It’s made of a very thick but lightweight plastic sort of material. I was worried about it being heavy, bulky, and cumbersome to use, but it adds just a bit of weight and feels balanced at the end of the Styler.The head is fixed—it does not rotate or change angles. For me the set angle is perfect. It also has many air outlets. You get great airflow for the entire diameter of the attachment. It does an impressive job for my thick hair. The inner comb pieces are a firm but flexible rubber. I appreciate the variable sizes of the combs, and how many there are.All I can say is that if you’re in the market for a diffuser for a Dyson Air Wrap Styler, look no further!
