I have waxed hardwood floors no polyurethane. i need a new layer of wax. can i use this product? is it a wax?

They look like wax. U much clean floor with cleaner by green pad for remove dust, scratch marks . After that u can buffer floor by red pad and this product

Yes it is when used with a floor machine. I use it with a 2,000 rpm floor burnisher for a better shine but it can be used with a 300 or 600 rpm machine. The key is it must be used with a buff pad as opposed to a scrub pad. The buff pads are usually beige colored.

Is this ready to use or does it have to be diluted?

Ready To Use with rug clean machine

Can I use this product to spray and buff vinyl floors with low speed machine without stripping and waxing and still get a good shine?

I do not use this product! Sorry. Probably looked at it.
