Great for Quick Visual
This is a great little BP monitor, I like that the hose is separate from the cuff so it can sit on a nearby surface while testing. The screen is bright and backlit and has large print as well as audio read-aloud of the result which are great for me since I am visually impaired. The color coded results are also handy for a quick glance at the results before reading or hearing them. It comes with a small storage bag that could stand to be just slightly larger but it does work fine for its purpose with a drawstring. It is rechargeable and comes with a cable but no charger and the cuff is large. The connector for the cuff plugs into the machine with a right angle which can pivot front to back. The unit itself also has a side switch for on/off and when not in use the screen goes off to save battery. It has settings for user 1 and 2 but I did not explore those as I only got this for self monitoring.Onto accuracy...It mediocre, I tested several times in succession with my arm generally in the same area and it ranged from red twice to yellow twice and then green last. It seems the readings are very dependent on ar location and level with heart is generally in a small area but it gave wildly different results. I tried to sit calm and elevate my arm to chest in a few different ways without using muscle to hold it there and so I am unsure what it actually is for my own BP. I have elevated BP and I am on medicine for it and the last few times I have recently been to my PCP it has been in the normal range.I really don't know the real accuracy but for general purpose monitoring at home I think this works fine for that. Due to the wild range of results I am deducting just 1 star.

Dual Memory, up to (90). Battery Operation Only; Oversized Cuff; Portable; Must Check 3x
What am I evaluating?Cosmama’s Longevousi00’s electronic arm sphygmomanometer [blood pressure monitor]. This appears to be their latest model. [I did not notice a date of manufacture though.]Bottom line. With this monitor, it’s all about following through with proper physical posture and positioning to squeeze out accurate results. Here, the suggestion is to take at least three (3) readings, averaging the results. Hmmm, take my blood pressure in a series of three (3). I really did not want to make such a project. Yes, yes, this is fairly fast, but I really do not want to test, and test, and test again, then do math to average my results. The machine should be set-up to do that. Did I receive three (3) exact results? No. I do not know if it was me physically, or if I was employing correct cuff use, proper posturing and/or positioning as the reason that I received varied results; it’s me or it’s an accuracy issue; and therein lies an issue, if I don’t trust this, I am not going to use this. How this arrivedThis arrived in a very sturdy retail like cardboard package that had on the exterior a picture of the monitor and information everywhere on the exterior of the package. The measurements of the package are “about” 4½” x 6½” x 4” – which is a typical size for these kinds of monitors. The package “was” tape sealed, but not shrink-wrapped. I prefer shrink-wrapped, but at least it had a [moon] tape seal. The package weighed in at just over (1) pound, which I thought was surprisingly heavy. What is insideOn opening the package, I find the user manual/instructions, cuff, USB-C charging cable, a drawstring bag, and the actual blood pressure monitor. What is “not” inside? The monitor does get plugged into the wall, with a five (5) volt power supply, which I prefer to have, but is not included. Here, this operated off a built-in battery.Built-in batteryFrom my understanding, I am to charge this to full, about 4 to 5 hours on empty, and then use – and not use while charging. The built in battery is only 400 mAh, which is not much, I found myself charging this after every other day. I do not see that the battery can be replaced, so, once that battery is exhausted, this gets tossed. This is not the case with AA battery operation, which I have had a meter for years – and still have.Size of monitorThe monitor’s screen size is 4.3” – diagonal and this weighs-in at about 10 ounces. This is like others in its class.Screen and its colorsI like the screen and when it is operational, for a very short period, to save battery life, this is bright.Sturdy & DurableEverything about this gives the indication of being sturdy and durable.Does this talk?Yes, optional, ladies voice.ResultsHmm, noted above, this does not always match the doctor’s office’s results.About this – the cuff is oversized. The cuffs adjust from a minimal size of just over (8”) to about (16½”), which is about (35%) bigger on the top-end. So, a very wide range of use. Intelligent inflation (does not squeeze excessively); fully automatic inflation and deflation; systolic, diastolic, and heart pulse results (does this detect irregular heartbeats? I do not think so; it does note hypertension, by color; and has an automatic shut-off.)ValueThe price is competitive.Country of origin?Made in P.R. China.Bottom-lineIt does its job, but the cuff is big, further, the built-in battery does not seem replaceable, and this did shut off fast.I hope my thoughts added a bit of information.

Portable BP machine
The product seems to be well made. It is very easy to assemble for use. It comes with a type C charger but doesn't have the actual wall plug but most people now days have one laying around from other items they've bought. If not you can always plug it into any USB B plug for power. It also comes with a carry bag for transport and storage. I do wish manufacturers would make a plastic case for these type items to protect them against accidental drops. I personally wouldn't care to pay a few dollars more for the added protection because I'm 100% sure that the warranty doesn't cover dropping the item. As for accuracy which is very important with these type items this machine comes very close to use of a manual cuff. Now it wasnt dead on target but close enough for my liking and I'm a nurse by trade. Now I will also say this these type machine should never be used in any emergency situation they are best suited to monitor your daily B/P or a quick check before taking your B/P medication. Any extremely high or extremely low BP should be verified by a manual cuff especially before taking or not taking your medication because of the reading the machine gives you. Overall I would definitely recommend the product to anyone needing an at home or travel blood pressure monitor. The price point is good and on target with other similar items.

Accurate so far
We have been using the Longevousi00 Blood Pressure Monitor for almost 3 weeks and I feel that has given me ample time to test drive it, so to speak. I'm rather impressed with this monitor. We are replacing a 30 year old monitor which has performed well and still works. It is very accurate but we wanted to move up to a new model with more features than the old one.I have been testing this for accuracy, comparing my readings each time, old machine vs new and both monitors have been giving readings roughly equal to another. The new machine is much quicker at calculating and I love that it saves the weight history for 2 users ! Overall I am happy and feel that this blood pressure monitor is a good value. It's accurate and easy to read as well. I'd recommend it.
