So, I gave these V-ALPHA tablets a go, and I have to say, they do what they promise on the tin. As a busy dad, finding the energy to juggle work, family, and everything in between can be a bit of a challenge. These little blue tablets have been a handy addition to my routine.The first thing I noticed was a genuine energy boost. Within an hour or so, I could feel the difference, making it perfect for those days when you need that extra push.One thing to note is that, like with any supplement, it’s probably best not to overdo it. I've used a couple of these pills now with my pre-workout drink before hitting the gym. Serious gym rats will know that the chemical alternative to these pills, that come in the same shape and in a slightly lighter shade of blue, are put to good use in the gym and will know what I mean. For those that don't, this sort of pill is used to great effect for a skin-splitting pump when lifting.These are small blue pills, obviously aping the legendary 'little blue pill', and are dead easy to swallow. There's one strip of 10 of them in the box, each in its own blister wrap.Typical side effects for me using these capsules involves a slightly stuffy head and a blocked nose, which tends to appear about an hour after consumption and lasts about an hour thereafter. These effects are not as bad as the V pills.They work best for me in conjunction with a good pre-workout, taken about 30 minutes before lifting.As for bedroom use, I find that for a window of about ten hours after consumption, I stand to attention at the slightest provocation, sometimes no encouragement needed, so I'm pretty sure they'll provide some impressive stamina in that department, should my plumbing start letting me down. If needed specifically for the bedroom, I find that they’re best taken around an hour beforehand, empty stomach and plenty of water.What I will add though as it’s best not to take them too late at night as you might find yourself ‘up’ all night, in more ways than one!At £23.95 for 10 at the time of writing, not only are they reasonably priced but they actually work as intended, and they do so very well. I recommend these pills without hesitation.

A waist of money don't buy them

I'm afraid these did very little for me. Maybe a slight more longevity but nothing to write home about (what a letter that would be!). No side effects which is good as in the past using this type of thing I've got pressure headaches but this time, nothing.I'm afraid at the current price and with the disappointing results, I wouldn't choose these again.

I tested these V-ALPHA - "Blue Tablets for Men" Here's what I found...Pros ✅ yes, these indeed seem to have the "magic hidden ingredient" that we associate with diamond shaped blue coloured pills for men. That "Herbal supplements" can act as if they had sildenafil in them is Amazing!They took about 60 minutes to work - so my advice is to plan ahead. They lasted a whole evening - at least 5 hours, so taking before you need them is OK.Delivery was quick - it came the next day in the usual plain Amazon pack, which is great service.Cons ❌ I got a bit of a muzzy head - as with all the effective diamond shaped blue coloured pills for men.The pack has warnings against use by people with heart problems - again, as with all the diamond shaped blue coloured pills for men.OVERALL - These work - and come at £2.40 a dose.My only issue is that these are clearly labelled as not checked for safety by the UK MHRA. So, for a bit more you could get the real thing from a UK chemist without a prescription - and you will get MHRA approved pills checked by the pharmacist with a few questions to make sure you should not be at any special extra risk from using them. I looked today August 2024 and found the price at one major UK pharmacist chain for real generic sildenafil is £2.81 per 50mg tablet. Is the extra 41p work it for your safety and peace of mind? You will have to decide.
