Perfect Accompaniment
I am a fan of journaling. I am also very familiar with Dr. Ramani Durvasula. I have been following her on her YouTube channel since the COVID pandemic hit. This workbook is beautifully done.First of all, it feels really good in your hands. Perfect size. Enough room to write without having to cram everything in. Then, it’s perfect. The workbook is not complicated, it’s not excessive, it’s not too long or too much, either. Yet it’s not sparse. It’s perfect! I’m excited to share that this is one workbook you will look at and go, I can do this ! Sometimes I complicate things in my life. Dr. Ramani is all about simplifying, breaking down, educating, and she cares about our recovery, our comfort , growth and she provides good communities and safe spaces to be…she is amazing! I want to encourage anyone to buy this, it’s not something you are going to put down and say “I’m gonna get to this later.” It’s doable. Inside is some life changing powerful stuff. When you see it, the It’s Not You Workbook, I hope you smile. I did -that’s why I’m writing this review. Follow her. She knows her stuff. Anything she does is fire. Go Dr. Ramani, thanks for all you do.

A Transformative Companion for Healing from Narcissistic Relationships
This workbook is an invaluable companion to Dr. Ramani Durvasula's "It's Not You," offering a structured and practical approach to understanding and healing from narcissistic relationships. What sets this workbook apart is its thoughtful organization and deep commitment to facilitating genuine transformation through action-oriented exercises and reflection. Each chapter builds systematically on Dr. Durvasula's insights, breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps. The reflection questions are particularly powerful, prompting deep introspection without feeling overwhelming. I especially appreciated the "Milestone Goals" and "Actionable Movements" sections, which helped translate theoretical understanding into practical changes in my life. The workbook excels at balancing emotional support with practical guidance. The chapter summaries provide helpful quick references, while the exercises encourage meaningful engagement with the material. The space provided for personal reflection is generous, allowing for thorough exploration of one's experiences and feelings. What I found most valuable was the workbook's emphasis on long-term healing and growth. Rather than offering quick fixes, it guides readers through a comprehensive journey of self-discovery and empowerment. The sections on setting boundaries, developing narcissist resistance, and rewriting personal narratives were particularly transformative.Whether you're just beginning to understand narcissistic relationships or well along in your healing journey, this workbook provides the structure and support needed to make meaningful progress. It's more than just a supplement to the main text - it's a powerful tool for active healing and personal transformation.Highly recommended for anyone seeking to break free from narcissistic relationships and reclaim their authentic self. Excellent supplement to the book
If you’re a fan of Dr. Duvasula’s “It’s Not You”, then this book is an essential companion. Dealing with narcissists is challenging to say the least, and Dr. Duvasula’s work on the subject is unparalleled. But while reading a book on the subject helps a lot, there’s always more work to be done. This workbook helps expand on the original “It’s Not You” with journal prompts and exercises to more fully dive into and explore your relationships. I was impressed with how this workbook summarized each chapter, highlighting key points for each to ensure we have a good grasp of the concepts. The journal prompts help us explore each aspect of each chapter’s insights, helping us reflect on the lessons we’ve learned along the way. What surprised me the most was how the author made sure to include goals and concrete steps to take along the way, which greatly helps us chart our path back to healthy relationships.

Not by the author of book
Bought this along with the book itself. I would definitely not recommend it’s not written by the author. It’s excessively wordy and seems to have been written by AI. Like really bad cliff notes.

Not a workbook!
This is really misleading! It’s not a proper workbook in my opinion, more like a summary of the actual book with the blank pages. If you’re after the overview of the book by Dr Ramani, then yes.But it is NOT a workbook, you might as well buy a blank notebook cheaper with the actual book.
