These work well for my little guy with autism who likes to 'dig'. I have had to place the onesie over his pants and then snap. He is 3 and weighs 42 lbs. We just went up to a size 5. Yes, they do run long in the crotch but he grew into them quickly. The quality is very good and the colors match the images shown. I just placed a second order, and will continue to place more.

We use these for our son whose special needs. They prevent him from removing his diaper. This is a very nice leotard. Soft and stretchy and sizing is spot on.

I had searched high and low for a larger size onsie for my grandson. I finally found CBO Baby. The onsie came today and we couldn’t be more pleased. He is a tall two year so I ordered a 4T. It’s a little big but that’s great! Room to grow. The material is soft and a very nice quality. I’m getting ready to order a few more. What sealed the deal for me is that the company focuses on special needs children. Such a beautiful mission.

Best bodysuit for special needs to cover diaper or for other uses ever! They are expensive, but we'll made and wash extremely well. Just make sure you snap them closed before you wash and use cold water.

I’ve bought other adaptive onesies before that were great, but I tried this brand because it was a bit cheaper. Honestly, you get what you pay for. They’re soft and my 5-year-old with autism liked the feel of the fabric, but after just 2–3 wears, the neck was already stretched out. They didn’t hold their shape well after washing, though the color stayed nice. Might work for short-term use, but don’t expect them to last long—unless I just got a bad batch.

I'm a size 14 in girls so I order the 14/16 and wasn't sure how it was going to fit. However, I am very pleased with the fit and its nice to have found an Onesie with snaps. It also looks really nice. I was looking for something that would keep my diaper in place and would also make diaper changing easy. I went to the website and sizes only go up to 12/14 and not 14/16 as they do on amazon. Maybe I am missing something, but other than that I love this Onesie and will be ordering more. Would like to see some more cloro option in the 14/16 size maybe this is a new size or a size that is only sold on amazon - not sure but, I love it. It also keeps my diaper in places and makes it very easy to change my diaper also.
