We recently made the switch from dry kibble to fresh food options for both my working dog and his brother. As someone who has very picky eaters for pets they devoured this chicken and white rice meal without hesitation, but don’t just take their taste bud's word for it 😏 The package came quickly and was delivered right to my door which makes this a convenient and nutritionally balanced meal option for my boys 🐾 I love that it comes frozen so I can thaw and feed as needed. It’s made without the extra additives, preservatives, or growth hormones and it steers clear of common allergies like gluten. Since switching to this food I’ve noticed their overall digestive health appears to be better and overall they're more satisfied after their meals ❤️ As a pet mom this is a product I can stand behind knowing that it's made with the best quality ingredients and that the brand will keep me pups happy, healthy and interested in their food .

My dog, Daggy, has been enjoying JustFoodForDogs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Now, I can enjoy my meals without the usual begging! His skin and hair look phenomenal, a huge improvement since we switched from kibble and other dog food brands like Freshpet. Daggy used to suffer from rashes and bumps, but since transitioning to JustFoodForDogs, these have gradually faded. Plus, his bowel movements are regular, and he no longer experiences constipation. He even has more energy and enthusiasm to get out of bed, which I believe is thanks to the quality of the food he’s eating. It’s true what they say: you are what you eat, and Daggy loves what he eats!

My dogs loved this. It smells kind of good too! I’ll continue to use what I have left as a small topper on their food, but anything other than a little crumble causes so much stomach issues and diarrhea for both my dogs. It’s a great addition to spice up your dogs food or get a picky eater to eat their food. My one dog needs a low fat diet, so I’m always looking for things that gets him interested.I’d recommend this as a topper/treat, wouldn’t necessarily recommend as their whole meal… but all dogs are different.Cost verses how much you get… it’s the same as all the other fresh dog food. If you have a small dog, totally reasonably priced, if you have a larger dog this could cost several hundred a month if using it for their full meals.The quality of the food seems great tho! You can see all the fresh ingredients and smells pretty good. Kinda like bacon? Idk if that’s true, but that’s what I smelled like to me.Overall, good fresh ingredients, but not for a full meal otherwise you’ll be up at 1am with a dog with the squirts.

I gave this food as suggested replacing two tablespoons of food per every four days. This has been the only change in feeding for my dog. At 2:30 am on the 7th day of myDog eating this food she started to vomit. By 9 am after vomiting again I took her to an emergency veterinary appt. She had 3 imagines X-rays, bloodwork for everything from parasites to other pathogens. Her intestines were so inflamed and we are on day 6 and she has been to the veterinary two times to get relief. She is currently on anti nausea drugs, a liquid probiotic, pills for reflux and on a prescription dog food after eating four day of boiled chicken breast and rice.The discomfort this has caused my dog is immense. She had five days of mucus in her poop and finally today has just soft poop.This has cost me over $2,400 since her appts were emergencies.It makes me so angry that when I read reviews they were mostly how wonderful this food is for their pet. When I told the vet we only changed one thing he said it is the venison and you need to warn others. Hopefully this review is one of the first people see.I now have read several other reviews and feel so foolish that I put my dog in such a horrible health crisis! Never again will I purchase a “healthy” dog food. Make your own and stick with whatever your veterinary doctor recommends.

My dog loves this and is more than happy to finish his bowl. I usually have a hard time getting my dog to eat but he loves this dog food. I love that it’s limited ingredients and fresh.The part that sold me the most is that it comes in packages that you can freeze up to 6 months. it’s nice to have it on hand in case of an emergency.

The media could not be loaded. Chicken and Rice from Just food for Dogs, passed the test! Both of my dogs Lena and Penny were absolutely thrilled. Every time I gave them this as a mix in. It comes in and the product is also frozen. Comes in a packages of seven which are very easy to portion out. I put six in the freezer and left one to thaw out in the refrigerator. It is their favorite mix in food by far. Well, maybe it’s because it’s human grade but like the name says it’s “Just for Dogs” ! Which makes me happy as well as my pups are in love with your amazing food. I’ve already ordered the turkey and whole wheat macaroni next.

Batalló mucho al escoger una comida saludable para ella ya que es un poco selectiva y como está viejita la comida seca es difícil para ella masticarla pero encontré esta y ella desde que la probó le encantó no sale de su plato hasta que se la termina y contiene toda las vitaminas y proteína que ella necesita gracias por preparar estos platillos caninos. 😍
