I would recommend this. And feel safe buying this brand of this.
This is very difficult to be able to see the difference however this is very effective on your body if you’re consistent and it’s a long-term thing you can’t just take it and expect to see something happen within a few months. You just have to take it like by faith because it’s a subtle thing you won’t recognize in a month or three months they owe you’re so much better but overall, you will see a difference. My husband‘s doctor prescribed the artificial one for him and this is the real deal. It’s so much better for your body. The other artificial folic acid is actually detrimental to you. So I would recommend this.
