not sure how i feel about this but currently i don't trust it
I'm using ha and z2mqtt. latest 1.0.4 firmware. I put this in 5 days before going on holiday but put back the old system before travel as didn't feel I could trust this. It's sitting less than a meter from a mains-powered zigbee repeater however seems to be pretty unresponsive - I appreciate its battery powered but for short watering cycles of 3-6 minutes I'm not sure its suitable at the moment. Firstly, it reports junk data in z2mqtt no matter what the payload. flow doesn't seem to report accurately and most annoyingly - the max 'memory of the device is 24 hours thus if you wanted to send an mqtt command to repeat n number of times once a day (aka so that it will still water if for some reason the zigbee network or ha falls over) as far as I can work out this currently can be done. Will reach out to Sonoff and see if they can improve things with v 1.0.5 firmware

Just the job for controlling water irrigators.
Cannot speak too highly of this Sonoff zigbee water tap. In fact I bought another one for a different job. Can be controlled by a hub controller, or manually (button on the device) I’ve had both for 6 months now and they’ve survived the uk weather. I did need some ptfe to get water tight connections on the screw threads, but that’s normal. And a filter on the irrigation hose connector interfered when screwing it onto the sonoff device. Overall very happy with the product and, for a home automation product, well worth the price.

Perspektywiczne urządzenie
Testuję ten zawór od kilku godzin na ogródku (sparowany z ZB Bridge-P) i całkiem fajnie działa. Np. przy zasilaniu z sieci wodociągowej po ustawieniu limitu na 10L nalewa około 0.5 litra więcej, ale trzeba ograniczyć ciśnienie żeby miał czas na reakcję. Podłączałem go też do pompy studziennej i również dobrze mierzy przepływ. Niestety w schemacie scen Ewelink nie ma w tej chwili możliwości wyzwolenia akcji stanem on/off więc może być kłopotliwe sterowanie pompą, gdy się go w ten sposób zasila. Na razie nie zauważyłem innych mankamentów :)

Read about it before purchasing
It’s painful to setup and a headache to operate. This should be as easy as plug and play yet it requires different device as a bridge which is not included and have to buy separately, it says it got wifi but it needs bridge.
