Any long term issues after instaling?

Been 3 years since I installed mine and have zero issues

What leveling kit is better, under strut or on top of strut. Already have lift kit on truck but under strut spacer broke and I want truck to sit level

Definitely upper strut. The weight of your truck sitting and the weight of your truck driving and hitting bumps etc over a period of time will breakdown the strength of under strut spacers, like yours.
