This thing is awesome. I needed a good concealment spot for my handgun that is out of reach of my son. Its not the greatest for accessibility, but its a great inbetween. The front is like a shadow box, a bit felted or some sort that you can velcro your patches directly onto. A nice alternative that I did for my wife's military coins is to put a small piece of velcro on the back of the coins and affix them inside the box. They look great on display and the gun is concealed behind. Would highly recommend wall anchors for putting this on the wall if you don't find a stud, otherwise you're likely to rip it off the wall when you try to access your firearm.

This Concealment Hidden Storage Box is Great. Great Concept for hiding whatever you need. Made of real wood. Has a tight seal when closed and looks just like a framed box. Inside the hidden compartment, there are some divided sections, giving you separate space for different things. Also comes with patches for a decoy, which I'm not real fond of. You can hang thing on the way or set on table or stand. Very well made and very durable and sturdy.As I said, I'm not real fond of the patches idea for a decoration decoy, it's not me and I don't have anything in my house like this, so I decided to do a little change to it. Instead of the patches, I put a pictures of Granddaughters in it. You could actually change it to anything you like. Wasn't very hard to do and looks more like my kind of decor. Nobody has guessed what it is yet, which is what I was wanting.Price for this is great. Highly Recommend it. Would even make a wonderful gift.PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION.

I do like this but for the area we intended to put this in, it just doesn’t work well for the space. It IS still very attractive and looks nice with our decor.It’s a bit deeper for a shadow box so it blends in enough but could still draw the eye - if you’re looking for something truly concealed, this might not be for you. To most people it shouldn’t draw too much attention. We wanted this for our bedroom so it ended up looking fine for the space. It also only opens ONE way. You can’t really reconfigure this to open on the left side, it really needs to open on the right to be able to hold the gun properly. This makes it really not good for the area we intended it for, since approaching it from the convenient angle would make this awkward to grab. There’s also no stopper so this can slide fully out of the frame if you’re not careful. This might be what you intended but it was a bit of an annoyance for us. The glass is also easy to accidentally grab while opening the compartment so I’ve pulled it out with the drawer and then had to move it back into the frame in order to access the contents. That would probably be easy enough to fit into the frame, but is something I wanted to note. I does make the glass easier to clean though.

This concealment storage box is well made and very hard to detect. I have used it for 4 months now and none of my family have been able to detect its' real purpose. I actually had them try. I had one of my own photos blown up to 11"x11" for the "frame" . It looks just like all the other photos I have hanging on my walls and no one is the wiser. The compartment is easy to access and load too.
