Definitely helpful for providing relief as a first time mom navigating pumping and breast feeding for the first time. I love that you have the option of using them for hot or cold therapy. Using heat has helped when I’ve felt and clogged duct coming on before it got too bad.

Life saver with clogged ducts and mastitis!! The hot/cold is so nice - able to meep one in the freezer and one out to warm up if needed!

Super soft and full coverage. I fold the corners into my bra when pumping. I also use these as a little heating pad for my baby’s belly when he’s gassy

Pretty cool product! I’m not too too sure how much it helps, couldn’t tell a difference but I’m sure it doesn’t hurt! I’ve only used the heating feature at this point. The instructions say don’t heat longer than X amount of time, I find if I follow that then it doesn’t get warm enough for me. I give it 10-15 seconds extra than the instructed timeframe does the trick for me.I’m not sure if these are to be worn with the breast pump but if it is it’s hard for me to do so with the design, so normally I just hold it against myself until it’s time to pump.Over they are great quality and I love the feel of them. I recommend.

A holy grail in my breastfeeding journey. The size is great and they are super soft! Would definitely recommend if you are breastfeeding or planning to!

It's cold and a good concept, but I feel it loses coldness fast. When it's frozen, it has some sharp edges that doesn't bode well with the breast

When I first started breastfeeding exclusively these were my lifesaver! As every woman knows it’s a challenge getting your breasts to get used to nursing in the beginning and they are engorged and sore and feel like they could pop. The minute I used these I felt immediately better! Would recommend to any expecting mom!
