I mostly listen EDM and that thing brings the sound of my Audioengine A2+ to a whole new level. I had to put some foam under the printer sitting next to it to avoid vibrations noise.

I got this to complement my Audio engine 2+ speakers. Plug straight in with the supplied RCA cable. Takes some adjustment as there are volume and crossover controls. If you are new to this as I was, volume is the overall volume of the output and crossover is the frequency at which the sub starts to work. Lower means it will only kick in at super low thumps, higher means it will be more integrated into low end range of sound. As it explains in the simple manual - experiment! One thing though, it is very, very powerful so paired with my little speakers for music it's almost on minimum volume. I've got the crossover about two thirds up so it's a smoother effect. Brilliant results now it's set up for my ears!

Have a pair of JBL 104's that I'm using for Computer speakers that have great clarity and depth, but really lacking on any bass punch. I just wanted a small subwoofer that would fit under my desk without taking up too much room and sort out the low end without losing the clarity The S6 fit the bill perfectly, its a sealed subwoofer which generally do better for clarity and take up less room than ported ones for the same sound output. It's delivered in spades - I've got it running at about 10% volume and and the crossover around Hz. It's clean, clear and it feels just right. If I punch it up to 50% I can feel it through the rest of the house!
