It is 1984. Frank (Layke Anderson) is a determined teenager who runs away from high school to find an alternative lifestyle in Amsterdam. This is a serious film. It goes back to the to the days of AIDS. It is very detailed about the start of it all, it is historical and very detailed. so there is no so called sex in it. The world today still has aids so having this is an education.
