Helps hold fingers straight in ulna drift -- runs SMALL
Although helps hold fingers straight in ulna drift -- this soft velcro splint runs SMALL. Order next size up. Had to return for next size up and was charged for return shipping:(Have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since 2010 and ulna deviation is pronounced. This splint adds comfort and stability, but you cannot wear it during food prep, dishwashing -- anything that get hands wet. However, i am managing to type with it on:)

Brilliant!!
A brilliant product developed and produced (shhh, as a product of socialized medicine) for 22.00 bucks?!"U$A Heath' In$urance and Ortho Surgical UT-Tennessee Team U$A gave me a $250.00 brace for my elbow (which did NOT work on my hand, doh), a Physio gave me this for my hand and it works. BRILL!My fingers are holding together again and I am so happy and so much less in pain...THANK YOU!!!

Sizing is off! Seams came open
This is the 2nd pair I ordered. First pair fell apart at the seams. I contacted the seller and no response. The size chart is not accurate. I ordered the second pair a size up. They were short and not comfortable or securing my fingers in place. I returned them. Maybe you will have better luck than I did.

Comfortable and does the job
This is my favorite of all the similar braces because it is considerably less bulky and easy to wear. Does the job and is comfortable.

Keep in mind could be on hook for ~57% of cost if wanting to return this item
This likely does what it's supposed to over time. However after maybe 30 minutes on my mother's arthritic/deformed hand she said fingers were numb. Removed it and she said should likely would never use it again. During the return process it stated a cost of $16 would be retained from the selling price. So yeah. No. Just kept it and another lesson learned of being leery of/checking return policies prior to ordering iffy items (though I don't recall seeing anything specifically stating restocking or other return fee(s) in the normal page print.
