Very good coffee machine I recommend to all

This machine is incredible. It takes some time to figure out procedure but it's worth it. This made just as good of espresso as my brezzera hobby. Twin boilers you can make espresso and steam milk.

This is a beautifully designed machine, I really like the namesake which makes it feel like an Italian originated machine instead of just another chinese combo machine with a downright stupid, made up sounding name, (it is chinese). The pump has decent power, although quite loud and full of rough vibration, and the grinder has a decent range even if it gets a bit difficult to adjust at the finer grind settings (15 and below). It has a pretty powerful main boiler, and back to back double shots are indeed possible. BUT.......The big letdown for me, was the fact that you CANNOT run the steamer while pulling a shot. DESPITE claiming to be a double boiler system. The literature literally says "universally loved double boiler" even though it cannot do the sole thing double boilers exist for. Unfortunate, misleading and a flat out lie really.I saw an exact replica of this machine for sale with no "gianna" branding on here for 489$ or some silly amount. I would be absolutely furious at these lies if I paid that price, fortunately, I did not, and I realistically cannot expect a true dual boiler system for sub 350$. Still, does not make up for the misleading branding and statements. Shame.

Excellent machine! Once you get to learn how to use it and get it dialed in to your liking the machine works perfectly. The coffee is excellent and the steamer froths the milk great. But the most important part is the customer service provided by the manufacturer.They responded the same day to my request and solved it.

so far i think is pretty good , and very good quality. But I have see until one month before how is going to.love it！

A nice espresso machine. I’ve been wanting to have one in my home for a long time, and I’m happy to own it. However, I’m struggling to operate it more than I ever expected though I’m not sure if it’s because of me or the machine. Some buttons don’t seem to work, no matter how much I try to figure them out. Additionally, when grinding coffee, it’s quite difficult to get the desired amount. Sometimes it over grinds, and other times it under grinds.Yes, it seems like a durable and sturdy espresso machine, but if I can’t use it properly, it’s not very useful.
