I recently had occasion to fix a vegetable tray for a number of people. Ah, I love this thing! So fast, so easy. No cuts or scrapes from inside blades and the chute and pusher for food. Not even close. I have washed and dried (no, not sterilize heat) in the dishwasher, top rack, and it came out beautifully. It is sturdy and well made. And it is expensive. Consider the quality of the product, the safety features, how well it does the job, the ease of cleaning, and how often you will use it. For me, at any rate, it is worth the money.

This slicer is great! I haven't had it yet but a week but already I have used several times on a variety of fruits and vegetables. Didn't know how much I needed one until I got one. I dehydrate fruit and vegetables and was slicing the old school with a knife but lately have had some hand issues and decide to bite the bullet and get a mandolin slider but did not want to go all in for one of the really expensive ones. I love that it slices very accurately, has many different settings and is easy to setup, besides being easy to store. Love...love...love! Now I cannot speak to longevity especially as it comes to the blade, but it appears well built and made to take some hits. I no longer dread slicing things up, especially when I need to get it down quickly.

I’m notorious for cutting myself when prepping vegetables, but this "SupMaKin Upgrade Safe Mandolin Slicer" keeps my fingers completely out of harm’s way. It slices quickly, evenly, and with very little effort. Cleanup is easy too — everything rinses off nicely without food getting stuck, and it’s dishwasher safe. Storage is a breeze since it folds up neatly to tuck away when not in use. The instructions are clear, but when I’m cutting multiple items, I sometimes forget which way I last turned the dial and forget to zero out the blades. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. Overall, this is a well-made, safe, and efficient slicer that makes chopping and slicing vegetables fast and stress-free.

This is a very good Mandoline and compared to most, it is extremely safe. Matchstick carrots are a breeze as are french fries. My only issue is that its capacity is limited. Onions and other vegetables that are more than 3 inches wide will not fit into the chute and have to be trimmed down.

I purchased this mandoline based on an influencer’s reels. She made it look fun and easy to make some gorgeous salads. I like my previous mandolines that came close to slicing off my fingers, I liked the safety features with this mandoline. No added body parts were added to my salads! There is definitely a learning curve setting it up but once it’s adjusted properly it works great. It’s a versatile tool for shredding cabbage, beets and carrots. It’s not very portable to store and has a fairly large footprint on my shelf. It was easy to clean the blades which were pretty messy from the beets. If you’re making large quantities of shredded or julienne veggies for salads it’s a great time saver. I don’t pull it out for small jobs as I can do the work by hand in the time it takes to get this set up. All in all I have enjoyed using this mandoline.

We use it at least 3 times a week. Thin sliced, shredded or sticks! Easy to use, easy to clean, Durable as heyall!! The only thing we might change would be the angle of the feed tube, but even that doesn't interfere with how awesome this thing is!!

A good tool but returned it because it is too big and requires a good amount of the space for storage. Get a smaller one serve better.

Really efficient for slicing,dicing and alike - it takes longer to clean and store it after using it :) - so it's great for larger than average quantity. Kind of noisy though when reaching the lowest position.

Il modello in metallo, più caro, è insuperabile. in cucina ormai è diventata la base per fare le verdure e la frutta. al contrario di quello che dicono i commenti negativi sulla pulizia, CONFERMO che è estremamente facile da pulire: sotto l'acqua corrente va via tutto. si asciuga al volo, poi si ripiega e rimane in un angolo, è pure figa da vedere. un prodotto che ti cambia la vita in cucina. sarà placebo effect un pò, ma penso che il taglio delle cose in maniera precisa agevoli il concepimento dei sapori. mi ha cambiato la vita!

La cortadora va muy bien, es perfecta para cortar tomate, calabacín cebolla, champiñones y tiene varias posiciones por si quieres cortarlo más gordito o fino, para mí va genial
