After researching the health benefits and anti-aging effects of using Liposimol Glutathione and overall detoxifying, I wanted to give it a try. I can say that this product really, really, works and I can tell! I feel it! I started taking my first two capsules daily back on 15th of April 2023. I took just two capsules, once a day with a large amount of water (24 oz.) and always take it on an empty stomach, as it preferably suggests on the label of the bottle. I always waited an hour and a half before eating anything after. I take this product consecutively, never missing a day, everyday. I never had experienced any kind of upset stomach or any kind of nausea ever while taking this Liposomal Glutathione, thank goodness. I quit smoking for good, did cold turkey way back in very early December 2022. I have never had a cigarette or smoked anything since! I'm glad I quit. I never used hard drugs either and avoid consuming excessive sugar and totally avoid any food products that contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners. Well so far it's the 27th of May 2023 since I've been taking this Liposimol Glutathione. I am almost half down my second bottle and I can literally "feel" the difference! There are visible noticeable changes also! Whenever I look at my skin on my face in my bathroom mirror, or the skin on my hands and feet, my skin looks much clearer, smoother, and even younger! I'm not really all that old, nor a senior citizen, but I'm not exactly a teenager either! Approaching middle age young, late 40s, but it's possible after going through four to six bottles of this stuff many looking at my skin on my face and hands, many might swear I'm in my late thirties! No joke!!! I would definitely recommend this product for one's overall health, attractiveness, and longevity. I suggest to take it with enough water, like 24 ounces or a little more if you can. Also to drink a reasonable amount of water off and on throughout the day, say like around 1.5 liters. The body needs the water to help flush out all those toxins that the ingredients in this powerful product is helping one's body to eliminate.

I like the fact that this brand, Zeylamum, also has some added HLA, some Resveratrol and some ALA, normally not present in a Glutathione supplement. I'm a senior so specifically this brand is a good choice. It's a take on empty stomach supplement, so it needs to dissolve in stomach and components absorbed without food interference for best effect. I'd never taken this so I adhered to this recommendation because I wanted to know if I could possibly feel some improved body/brain functional effects. About 2.5 hours later, I noticed specifically, clear/expansive thinking and another hour later noticed an alertness without energy jitters and sustained all of this well Into the evening. Sometimes going to bed, attempting to sleep but taking too long. I fixed this by taking an Ashwagandha 400mg an hr. before bed. All in all, I definitely enjoy an improvement by taking this supreme supplement and will continue to in the future! Edited 8/14/23 I've consumed a total of 2 bottles @2 a day and want to add, that I've noticed less hair (fall) in my hair brush, woo-hoo! ☆☆☆Highly recommend!☆☆☆
