Hello Omega fish oil was for my 5 dogs and one cat, it help them during the winter, as Brittany in France is a very damp and cold place to be in for the animal too, I alway give them exstra vitamins from October to May, they all have a beautiful coat strong teeth and no problem with running around, they are now 10 years old. The capsules are way too big for my cat to swallow so I had to use a pin to make a hole in one and squirted the oil into my cats mouth. My cat doesn't eat wet food so that was my only option.
