The lotion doesn't smell like the perfume, but it isn't bad.
When I first smelled this product I was skeptical if it was genuine, because it doesn't smell like the perfume of the same kind. Upon looking it up, I found that many people have said that the lotion does not smell like the perfume, each item highlights different notes (the scent notes are shown in my image). The lotion does not have the burnt sugar or caramel scent. It is lighter, and more vanilla and fruity. The scent also does not last long, but the lotion makes the skin feel very soft. I do find that layering the lotion with the perfume changes the scent of the perfume instead of just bumping it up. I would wear this on its own when you want a light scent, and for strengthening the longevity of the perfume, layer with an unscented lotion instead.
