I have to admit, I still have my doubts about this, but it has worked twice now for me selling a house. My son had a house that was on the market for over a year without much activity. About the size of your hand with some nice detailing. I’m looking forward to digging it up and displaying it in my new home — that’s a major consideration when choosing the statue. It’s a bit dusty from the carving but the powder wipes right off, which I’ll have to be doing anyway. Hope that St Joe makes the process of selling smooth!
