I was a little nervous about using this, but the instructions were quite clear. The package contains everything you need, including two hand shavers. You need to shave the area before you use the laser (this is what the dermatologist did when I went to her office). I appreciated that sunglasses were included for eye protection. The shape of the handle makes it very easy to manipulate the laser to wherever you want to go. Fyi-this runs on 110 or 220 voltage.

I was bit skeptical at the beginning, so I tried at my underarm, it works great. Clear and easy instructions helps a lot for me to use it. Soon will get rid of unwanted hairs from other parts of body.
