The driver didn't download right away so I emailed customer service. They respond very quickly and are very helpful. I got the link to the driver and was able to get everything to work well!I did, however, have to return the device because I didn't read the description carefully enough. I didn't know the device only supported 1080p.The device works well and customer service is also stellar! The return is purely due to my error in reading the description; I would keep it otherwise.

The product requires a software download called UDisplay.In UDisplay, you can configure each monitor's refresh rate and resolution. I'm getting neither the refresh rate or resolution that I selected. If I plug my monitors in directly, I get the resolution and refresh rate my Windows settings specify.Also, when my computer goes to sleep, it doesn't wake back up properly. I have to unplug this product to wake my compute up from hibernation / sleep mode.And when I get Windows updates and require a system restart, the restart does not bring my compute display back up successfully. I again have to unplug this product to get the display working well enough to get past the login screen.Since the resolution / refresh rate settings in UDisplay are not working and because there are significant bugs in common tasks like waking a compute up from hibernation/sleep mode or restarting my computer, I have to give this product a 1/5 star rating.

The device works, with my lap top I now have 3 screens.....but Im hesitant to boast about this product as I had to download software that is known for being malicious when Google'd...UDisplay...it says it recording your screen and key logging you while in use...if you do any thing on your computer that is confidential, I HIGHLY recommend unplugging it so the driver stops screen recording (not sure if it continues to key log or not).Im not sure if that is how its supposed to work but I never do anything that requires banking, passwords (I have finger print ID and saved passwords so its not too bad), I unplug it. I can't find any complaints of fraud but if they can record your screen and key log, then they can see EVERYTHING you're doing while using the device. Highly sketchy. Otherwise works great ha-

I put 2 stars because somehow you got it to work on a Mac, but having the device HDMI on one port and a normal Mac adapter with the second monitor’s port the other HDMI, meaning that I don’t have the 2 monitors on this adapter which should work, but it didn’t

I was hesitant but after reading the reviews, i can honestly say im glad i took the risk. Satisfied customer.

This adapter allows me to use both my extra monitors with my personal laptop. The driver does seem to want to reset and occasionally the monitors do seem to lose sync. Not sure if it is a driver issue or a laptop issue.

Does NOT work on MacBook Air M1 with macOS Sequoia — UDisplay crashes immediatelyI purchased this adapter specifically to connect two external monitors to my MacBook Air M1 (2020), running macOS Sequoia 15.5. The product claims compatibility with Apple M1/M2/M3 chips, but in practice it is completely non-functional on my setup.The required UDisplay software (v2.1.0.1283) bounces in the Dock and closes automatically every time. System logs confirm the cause: the app fails with errors stating "mainDisplay can't mirror" and "main display cannot be set as extended," then self-terminates. Both monitors remain without any signal.I followed every troubleshooting step: granted Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions, removed macOS quarantine attributes via Terminal, installed Rosetta 2, and applied system-level display fixes. Nothing worked.This adapter uses MST technology, which is NOT natively supported by macOS — it relies entirely on the UDisplay software, which is broken on Sequoia. If you have a MacBook with M1 and macOS 15, do not buy this product. Look for a DisplayLink-based adapter instead (different chip, different technology, actually works).

Funktioniert wie beschrieben, hat aber ein spezielles IC eingebaut. Habe die Meldung „Dein Bildschirm wird überwacht“ auf meinen Monitoren bekommen und das kommt mir komisch vor. Wechsel auf einen Hama Port und hier scheint der Datenschutz gewährleistet.

Usado en un Mac Mini M2 y funciona para lo que esta diseñado, con imagen diferente en los dos monitores. Hay que instalar la aplicación que ya aparece en Finder cuando lo enchufas, dar todos los permisos y reiniciar. Funcionó a la primera.

Funciona para doble pantalla con mac m1, m2 y m3 solo que la resolución y hz de lectura son bajos pero funciona. velocidad de transmisión no tendrás.

Fonctionne bien dans l’ensemble. une instabilité de l’ordre d’affichage des écrans a été constatée mais cela se règle vite. Idéal pour permettre les multi écrans sur MacBook Pro.
