A large capacity (20,000 mAh) Power Bank is an excellent (2nd) buy for me. It meets my charging requirement of outdoor/in travel use of my 17" laptop, two cell phones, and a mini fan. 87 W power is more than adequate. Does not heat up at all. I found it to be quite sturdy and handy. It has a long backup after a full charge, a really fast charger at that. A short charging cable with a USB-C connector reduces line losses.

Its been 2 months now. This powerbank is excellent and gives us super fast charging. The best part is that it comes with inbuilt cable that makes charging convenient when you are outside. Capable of charging my laptop. Very happy with this product. Definitely go ahead if you thing of buying in this range.

Good product… using it for both laptop and mobile charging… however price is too high

Great travel parter! All my devices except my Samsung galaxy S24 ultra doesn’t charge from the built in cable, I didn’t think it’s a defect may be someday I will figure that out. Product is awesome!

Great charging capabilities.... Supports fast charging in most of the devices. Colour is neutral black. U can charge any device... without any hesitation (ofc it has to be type C supported)... Compact...but heavy obviously it's a 20000mAH... If someone asks why should I buy Anker when I can get other brands for less prices...yes u can get....but Anker is a premium international brand...and the features it's providing...for me it's Value for money.

While the power bank took only 1-1.5 to charge from 0 to 100% which is good. But it's performance is the main concern. It claimed to charge macbook 1.2 times and mobile like s23 ultra 3 times. Which is wrong:- Test1- Laptop Case1:- When i was using my laptop(with battery currently being 22% and laptop was being used simultaneously) it reached 87% and the power Bank completely drained from 100 to 0. Failed 👎👎 Case 2:- when i charged my laptop again when it was in use . It was at 25% , but this time the power bank charged it completely to 100% and the powerbank drained from 100 to 0. Failed 👎👎 Case 3:- when the laptop was closed (sleep mode) it charged my laptop from 6 to 100 within 2 hours but the battery remaining only 7 percent on the power bank. So it can't charge 1.2 times. Failed 👎👎 Case 4:- again i ran this test, and now it drained completly under the same conditions. Failed 👎👎 My laptop is lenovo ideapad 5 which has smaller battery than the macbook advertised by the company. So the powerbank should charge it more than 1 times. But in 1 time only, it is completely drained and leaving only 7% So you can see the inefficiency Note:- same apps ,same brightness levels was being used to test the product. Test 2:- Mobile Case 1:- it took 8.5 hours to charge my moto g54 from 0 to 100 and in this time range the power bank drained 45%. The efficient capacity of any Powerbank is 80 to 85% meaning that the actual capacity of any company's powerbank will be less than advertised. So if i consider 85 percent of efficiency then the power bank has 17000 mah. My phone has 6000mah of battery . So 45 percent of 17000 is 7650 mah. Meaning it took 1650 mah more to charge my mobile and it took 8 hours which is very long. Note:- This mobile supports 33 watt fast charging and it takes only 2 hours to charge it from the stock charger provided by the company. So in this case it is failed 👎👎 Case 2:- Moto edge 50 fusion I charged my mobile from 0 to 100 and it took 50 percent of the power bank's battery. Which is the highest drain i have noticed till now in any power bank. So 50% of 17000 is 8500. It took 3500 mah more than my phones actual capacity which means that something is wrong with the internals of this power bank. Again ran the same test, now it took 45 percent. While in this case it took only 1.5 hours to completely charge my device which is a thumbs up 👍 Note:- My mobile has 68 watt fast charging and it has 5000 mah of battery. It takes only 1.2-1.5 hours to charge my device from the stock charger provided by the company. So the efficiency of this power bank is very poor. In this case also failed 👎👎 While i have used many anker products in the past, some of them like my soundcore life note purchased in 2020 is still working fabulously and it is now also providing me 8 hours of playback time. I've used several Anker powerbanks for over 7 years, and it has always delivered. Buy one and you won't need another for many years (7 at least in my experience). I gifted my older power bank and bought this one. The performance is unbeatable, and the support is even better. I had to contact customer support for the first time, and they guided me on how to reset the device. I can charge my phone 4 to almost 5 times from 20% to 95% (battery hygiene reasons) easily. This one is a bit heavier and can't be held in your pocket, comes with a decent sized wire that supports fast charging, and a small display to track battery health. The support staff was willing to send over a new device in case I was not happy with the performance, and eventually gifted me a 27,650 mah power bank which is a beast. Just like Amazon, Anker truly cares about their customer happiness. Don't look any further, and just buy it.

Works very well, and the built in cable fast charges most phones! Would highly recommend though a bit on the expensive side.

Excellent power pack. Have used it on my travels and it will charge two samsung Galaxy S25 F phones fully no problem. Separately it will also charge one Samsung Galaxy S10 FE with enough charge left to almost charge a phone. This product is great for long trips. I use google maps a lot and found it would drain my battery down towards late afternoon. Just plug this pack in and charge on the go. The attached charging cable is a great feature and stows neatly into the batteries side, however it could be a little longer. It's a little heavy but to get the extra juice requires the extra weight. I've carried it in my backpack and it's not noticeable for me. Overall great product if you're looking for that extra charge out of one battery pack.

Really great power bank. Yes it's big and heavy but it's powerful! Charges phones several times, fast! And the charge two things at once feature is very convenient. Highly recommend.

Ich habe mich bewusst für die Anker A1383 entschieden, da ich eine leistungsstarke und zuverlässige Powerbank für mein Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 und zukünftig auch für das Fold7 gesucht habe. Besonders überzeugt mich die Kombination aus hoher Akkukapazität, Ladeleistung und praktischer Ausstattung. Das integrierte USB-C-Kabel ist eine wirklich sinnvolle Lösung, da man nicht ständig ein zusätzliches Kabel mitnehmen muss. Auch das Display mit der prozentualen Anzeige des Akkustands gefällt mir ausgesprochen gut. So weiß man jederzeit genau, wie viel Energie noch zur Verfügung steht. Mit bis zu 65 Watt über USB-C bietet die Powerbank ordentlich Leistung. Besonders praktisch finde ich außerdem, dass sich mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig anschließen lassen und insgesamt bis zu 87 Watt zur Verfügung stehen. Ein weiteres durchdachtes Detail ist der spezielle Lademodus für kleinere Geräte wie Smartwatches oder Kopfhörer. Für mein Galaxy Z Fold5 ist die große Energiereserve besonders interessant. Je nach Nutzung und Ladeverlusten sind ungefähr drei bis vier vollständige Akkuladungen möglich. Damit ist man auch bei längeren Unternehmungen deutlich unabhängiger von Steckdosen. **Mein Fazit:** Die Anker A1383 bietet genau die Eigenschaften, die ich von einer modernen Powerbank erwarte: hohe Leistung, vielseitige Anschlussmöglichkeiten, ein integriertes Ladekabel und eine übersichtliche Ladestandsanzeige. Eine durchdachte Powerbank, die sowohl für Smartphones als auch für andere mobile Geräte bestens geeignet ist. **Von mir gibt es dafür verdiente 5 Sterne!**

This powerbank is amazing. Charges my devices so fast and also recharges amazingly fast when charged with an authentic 65watt GAN charger (i used anker 65w GAN charger). I've never seen a powerbank charge that fast before like this one. It's perfect in size and shape, not heavy and not light. It's worth the price and worth having as a backup power pack. Highly recommended

Es una powerbank todoterreno. Carga rápida (87W reales), lleva incorporado un cable USB tipo C (aunque permite conectar otros cables por USB A y USB C para usar la conexión que necesites) y los 20.000 mAh son suficientes para cargar varias veces la mayor parte de dispositivos. La he usado, entre otros dispositivos, con estos: - Macbook Neo - Steam Deck - iPad Air M3 - Mandos de PS5 (Dualsense) - Múltiples móviles (Android e iOS) - Múltiples consolas portátiles (desde Nintendo Switch, DS o 3DS hasta PSP y PS Vita con sus respectivos cables, o consolas chinas emuladoras) No me ha dado problemas con ninguno de esos dispositivos. Quizás pesa un poco, pero es lo normal en una batería de esta capacidad. Calidad-precio excelente!
