Okay Information Awful Format
I wouldn't recommend this as a beginner's first resource for learning French though it is a nice tool to have once you've gained intermediate skills. It would make a nice supplementary piece but it is by no means a starting point for learning. I would read The Complete Idiot's Guide to Learning French as a first step, its very simple and complete. Also, I didn't see $49.95 worth of software in this package, fortunately I got mine on sale & acompanied by a mail-in rebate.

Great tool to perfect pronunciation!
This product is great if you know the basics of French and want to perfect your pronunciation. It has been very helpful for me in my studies of the French language.

If you really want to learn French, this is one of the multimedia tools you can use. I lets you learn words, record them and listen back.

Not helpful at all
I returned this item. The voice was awful, and the structure was terrible. I was using XP, so this might be better with an Apple system.
