Work's GREAT! Nice lil carpet plant!
The media could not be loaded. I put these seeds in my 55 gal tall freshwater starter. I bought three 3 packs because I wanted a full carpet. I have Carib Sea ACS00877 Gemstone Creek Gravel for Aquarium, 50-Pound as my substrate. I put the seeds in my starter tank and spreed them all over, all 9 bags. Some packs I lightly buried under the gravel, the rest I left on top. I then slowly added water using a buffer between the hose and gravel until there was about 2 inches from the top. I turned on my fluval aquasky 35watt LED light ($68 at Petco) for about 8hrs, sometimes longer. 24hrs later I added my 1st few fish (I couldn't wait). I noticed a clear slime forming everywhere the seeds were. The slime stuck loosely to every service ornaments and all. 48hrs after water added I took out some of the slime that was floating, the slime on my filter intake, and the slime loosely attached in clumps (WARNING IT DOES LOOK VERY NASTY, THAT'S HOW IT'S SUPPOSE TO LOOK). The slime starts off as a brownish/nickel looking color, then it turns clear and the seeds start to germinate. Slime did not affectl live aquarium inhabitants off all types, at all! 72hrs later the seeds start to sprout on everything that they are attached too (I MEAN EVERYTHING!). I forgot to take pics of the 1st few days, cause I'm still new to Amazon and doing reviews. I did take pics on day 5, then dropped my phone in the tank. LOL, not funny at all! Carpet is starting off nice, I should have left all the slime in; I'd probably be a lot closer to a full carpet. These plants seem to only grow where they were planted, or where the slime was left to settle. Keep your filter intake on the lowest setting if you use gravel until the roots really really really settle. You may have to clean your filter intake 2-3 times daily (for a while if you use lilly pipes with no flow control, like me) once these plant's start growing. They come up with ease. I planted dry then added water on Jan 14th, these are Feb 3 pics. This product worked as advertised!

Seeds will grow but they're AWFUL plants
I got these seeds on March 21. I have a 10 gallon standard glass aquarium. I planted the seeds by sprinkling them on top of the substrate at the bottom of my tank (Seachem flourite substrate, black, for plants and shrimp), then misting it with water a few times a day. I have a glass lid that covers the top, plus an LED light. I started off just letting the tank be at room temperature, which was about 60 degrees. I also was letting the light be on almost all of the time to encourage growth. For the first 7 days, nothing happened. I could tell it wasn't working. I didn't have any heat on the tank, so I put a heating pad underneath on the 7th day. It made the tank much more humid inside and seemed more promising. Then on the 8th day, I turned the LED light off for the entire night. The next day, I could see a ton of green poking up.From what I can tell, these seeds need a lot of heat, humidity, and darkness at night. Once they sprout, they grow really quickly. It is satisfying to see them carpet the bottom of the tank. I will wait a week or two, then fill my tank and put in a tank heater. Finally, some additional research has told me that this plant is prone to rotting in a few months in an aquarium, once it is full of water. It may be due to a lack of light, proper trimming, colder temperature, etc. If they start to die, it is hard to rip out all of the pieces, especially if the roots rot. You may need to start your tank over, basically. I have not seen that yet, but be aware that that could happen to you. I want to have an aquarium of shrimp, so I'm hoping that doesn't happen to me.EDIT: June 2020These plants are still alive in my tank. They are a nice carpet. However, I discovered that they are considered a noxious weed in the US, so you need to be really careful about pouring any down the drain or in the toilet while doing water changes. They are actually illegal to buy or sell in the US, so these seeds are a scam (and terrible for the environment). They also are also almost too easy to pull out of the gravel - they're very delicate and at the slightest touch a ton of them will float around in the water or at the surface and spread seeds EVERYWHERE. They are basically impossible to get rid of or trim without literally throwing out the entire tank (plants and gravel included) and redoing it. I tried to rip these all out and had to completely restart my tank instead, which was a massive bummer. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't plant these.Honestly, if you're looking for a good carpeting plant for a shrimp or aquarium tank, I'd try Java moss instead. It's super easy to grow, still covers like this plant, and isn't a noxious weed. It's harder to kill too. You can find it at most aquarium stores for like $5-10 too. Once you plant these, they're so hard to get rid of without redoing the entire tank.

Be patient and grow your plants right!
These are legit dwarf baby tears seeds! Please be advised that the slimy stuff helps the seeds anchor itself on the substrate in case you pour in water during germination period. So don't freak out about the slimy stuff, OK! Just a few advice, the seeds germinate best if water or tank temp is at 75-80°F and there's full spectrum light. Day 1 i followed instruction, sprayed the seeds on the substrate 3 times a day, but our room is 70°F and there's no tank light yet. My first seed sprouted "finally!" on Day 14, yes!!! 14 freaking weeks because I didn't do my research. So for those who like to see good growth progress, here's my advise. Get a good substrate, I used CaribSea which is already pretreated and has good moisture. Spread your seeds evenly on the substrate. After 5 days or as soon as you notice the slime developing, gently fill your tank with water. Make sure you don't just dump all the water, pour it near side of tank so water pressure doesn't rearrange your substrate and seeds. Then put on your tank heater, make it 75-80F°. I used Aqueon preset heater. Then put on your light, I used Hygger full spectrum light, it has a timer so the tank can have 12hr full light then it dims throughout the night automatically. This perfected the process. My ornament log is now covered with a good carpet full of dwarf baby tears. As you can see my tank is very vibrant. I have cabomba, bacopa, red ludwigia, amazon sword and the dwarf baby tears as carpeting. I have good lighting 12 hrs a day and I treat the tank with liquid CO2 daily. PH, Ammonia, Nitrate and Nitrite levels are perfect. Now it's time for my fishes to move in!!! Good luck with your planted fish tanks! It is worth it. The pics I took are from the day I started using light and heater. Day 1 to Day 15 which is today. Lush healthy plants!! 🙂

Great buy! Solid seller
I will update my review if any issues but so far so good.I planted the seeds directly in my already filled & cycled aquarium. The best way to do this is to soak them in warm water for an hour or two first (this way they won’t float and get trapped in your filter like the person who left a previous review). By this time it will be a slime or snot consistency. Easiest way to get an even spread: one “snot string” at a time, place the string of seed snot in desired spot in aquarium, using long planting tweezers stretch the string out to blanket the area. Lightly cover with substraite.Seeds sprouted within 4-5 days.Substrate used: Brown Fluorite, black sandWater Temp: 78The fungus customers are complaining about is the seed secretion that helps the plant stick to the substrate. Your fish will eat that up. It’s normal. If your seeds are not sprouting, either they are planted in too deep or you should bring up the the water temperature a little more.As for the species, it’s too soon to tell. So far they look as described. I am happy with my purchase.UPDATE: 4 months have passed and they’re doing grrreat! Growing like weeds! (...see what I did there :D)

MOST DISHONEST COMPANY. NOT FOR AQUARIUMS, ITS A ABOVE WATER PLANT (INDIAN WEED)
The worst buy I've ever done on Amazon. The seeds are not for aquariums or for any fully submerged applications. Besides false advertising, the seeds sprouted after about 9 days of starting dry start method, and now completely DESTROYED MY TANK. ALL THE PLANTS (INDIAN WEED) MELTED after 2 months of fully submerged growth.NO NOT BUY. SELLER IS A COMPLETE LIER, AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND POISON FOR YOUR FISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good product
the seeds are easy to grow and it makes lots of plants. I recommend to grow the them in a tank without fish first since they like to eat the seeds. It makes really good floating plants if thats what you are looking for.

Seeds doing seed things
Sprouted well. I made the mistake of trying to transplant them into my aquarium after growing them in Tupperware first. But all my fish ripped them up before the roots could really grip.

Does not grow
These seeds do not grow. It has been 7 days and not a single one has sprouted. Followed the instructions to every detail and all that has happened is a white algae grew over the seeds and substrate. I have a fair amount of experience with aquarium plants and have never had trouble. Save your money and buy fully grown aquatic plants.
