Looks super premium and classy. Worth the money. Wheels are smooth to carry. Build is solid. Can be easily carried as a cabin bag. Handles are rock solos as well. The compartments are very organised and many pockets are given.

This product is useless material with hard body and very high price, suitcase body cracked in very first long haul flight, I will not recommend this grade of suitcase material and product quality from this manufacturer is very poor

I received the product on 03-01-25. The product is good, sturdy with smooth wheels. Colour is pleasing and looks beautiful. Interior is well arranged. The lock is good. I recommend this product for anyone. However, the instructions to reset the lock should have been written with better clarity. A "tool" is mentioned in the instructions for resetting. But no mention is made about the type of tool to be used. Alternatively a tool could have been provided. Neither was done leaving the tool to the imagination of the customer. Secondly, a "warning" is given in the instructions. It is very confusingly written; should be drafted better. Clearer pictures showing the "locked" and "open" positions of the cylinder should have been given. I had to take help from a friend to lock the cylinder. Again neither the tool required is specified nor provided.
