La compré para mi emprendimiento de café, funciona bien, y fue fácil la instalación en modo vertical, la rueda de fechado no es tan útil, ya qué para cumplimiento normativo no es eficiente. Pero por lo demás sella bien por ahora funciona bien y es bonita, apenas para mí operación de emprendimiento con resultados profesionales con poco inversión.

El equipo es bueno pero llegó incompleto, no tiene las herramientas para ponerla de manera vertical y la promesa de venta era vertical.

sealing issues
makes the 2nd time we have bought them. First one was in 2019 it started basically sucking the bag up into the machine and destroying the bag and melting holes in the bag. Bought this one thinking it would have been better. Same issue. We changed the sealing tape and bands and still not working correctly.

Problematic Issue
The product came with an issue where the belts were off the wheels, and this became so complicated. Not sure if they were supposed to be like that, but it came with no instructions/manual.
