The end of the stripped cable must be inserted into the opening of the connector. Inside the barrel the wires touch a separator on both sides. You need to crimp each side of the head-to-head connector. We recommend using a crimping tool for non-insulated terminals. After crimping, the wire is stuck on the butt joint. To insulate the connection, we recommend using 3:1 heat shrink sleeve with inner adhesive. Wirefy 100pcs Non-Insulated Head-to-Head Connector Kit Includes: 10 head-to-head connectors 0.25-0.34 mm². 25 head-to-head connectors 0.34-0.75 mm². 25 head-to-head connectors 0.75-2.5 mm². 25 head-to-head connectors 2.5-4 mm². 10 head-to-head connectors 4-6 mm². 5 x head-to-head connectors 10 mm² ## Features - STURDY CRIMPING - Thick cylinders of the head-to-head connectors ensure sturdy crimps and prevent wires from escaping. - EXCEPTIONAL CONDUCTIVITY - Pure copper ensures maximum conductivity. A thin top layer protects the head-to-head end from corrosion. - VARIOUS SIZES - This versatile kit includes non-insulated head-to-head connectors from 0.25 to 10 mm². - RECOMMENDED HEAT SHELF - For best results we recommend insulating the connection with double layer heat shrink sleeve with internal adhesive. - LIFETIME WARRANTY - All Wirefy electric cable lugs are protected by an industry leading warranty.
