Brightens skin but not sure if it is correcting dark spots

This does fade spots but doesn't totally eliminate them. A bit of a sticky feeling at first and then it disappears.

I've been using Palmer's cocoa butter stick all my life sand skin success cream all my adult life. It has done well with the struggle of even toned skin and scar removal. Our relationship began with middle school chicken pox. Recently, I had some curling iron mishaps when trying to curl bangs and dropping it on my neck as well. I was mortified as I do so repeatedly in a short period of time. When the cocoa butter stick is where I started and then on to the skin success cream. The skin success cream did significant fading but I couldn't get it to go any further. Well, I had this product under my sink forgotten. The first week it faded an almost gone circular shadow of curling iron burn on my temple. I was ecstatic. I wanna say the first application it was gone the next day. And it is doing wonders on my faded but not completely gone forehead burns. I stay the course with getting rid of blemishes and never give up - no matter the product because I get compliments on my skin. This is because of my very first encounter with blemishes was chicken pox and I stayed the course, never gave up. I'm very pleased with this product. I keep Palmer's cocoa butter sticks everywhere. I also love that this intense formula is a strong moisturizer. It's a little heavy but I use my acne cream to counter any effects of products anyway (I have really small pores).

I’ve done a soft scrub on my dark spots and added the PALMERS and seen and been using it for about a month or two now and haven’t seen any change whatsoever. I think you need to go with the more expensive or product because that one didn’t do any good at all?

I’ve struggled with acne for years, so I’ve had dark spots and post-acne marks that have been around for a long time. This serum has helped me so much with those stubborn marks, and honestly, seeing that improvement makes me really happy! 🥹 My skin has dealt with acne for years, so finding something that actually helps fade the discoloration has been a big deal for me. If you also struggle with lingering acne marks, this one is definitely worth considering. I’m really happy with how it has worked for me! Feels heavy on the skin, has no fragance and a good cheap alternative.

I haven't noticed a difference with my dark spots and leave your skin a bit sticky but well moisturized . I do love the ingredients and love Palmers products.

I’m darker tone, it’s a lightweight serum, that’s fragrance free. It definitely does not get rid of dark spots in two weeks. It fades them after about four weeks, but the marks are still there. I would recommend other’s give it a try, but I will not be purchasing the serum and cream combo again.
